Somehow manageable
Pros:

Well the staffs were alright..

Cons:

The fact that it's so different in the photos cause there it looks nice but once u go there, it's kind of a letdown.....so they should update their photos which they keep online to not fool the customers....when I saw the room in person...I was honestly disappointed...

Overall Good, and had fun but Rooms not as expexted

The room shown in the pictures was very different from the actual room provided. I booked this property based on the photos, but unfortunately, the room did not meet my expectations.

The staff was polite and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, hygiene, and overall room maintenance. I wouldn't say the experience was terrible, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in maintaining the rooms and ensuring they match what is advertised online.

Pros:

I booked 3beds and 2 beds, but they provided only 2 beds in each rooms. When i asked booking. Com provide to us only 2 bed rooms for 2 numbers. You collected 3 beds charges. This is not fair. Kindly reply me or refund the one bed changes to my account.
