Horrible stay! We booked this hotel after a very long trip for one night , we arrive to the property around 930pm, we prepaid this hotel but when we arrived the front desk agent did not know we booked, even though we had confirmation, we let us check in , gave us a room with not hot water , my partner went to complaint , he gave us another room, the next morning around 7am they called us to the room to ask us for ID ( they woke us up) because they still did not have confirmation that we paid , when we were leaving for breakfast AGAIN the front desk ask us for confirmation of payment, after we came back the owner Jorge again stopped us saying we only booked for one person and started arguing with us , I showed the confirmation and he said he only saw 1 person even though it was for 2. He kept saying he did not see the payment , after I showed him that payment went out of my account,we went and check out right away, awful experience!!!!!! The worst hotel I even stayed, no hot water , dirty showers, awful staff
