It could be a nice place of service and maintenance would be taken more seriously

The property itself looks nice.

Cons:

Maintenance is not good at all, the pool was only cleaned after we asked for it, the rooms as well. Non of the staff speak English very well.

Great place to stay with kids.
Pros:

Great location for popping into the city with taxis. Great Cafe for breakfasts just round the corner. The family loft suite was huge. The place is well looked after. The pool was almost always empty.

Cons:

No soundproofing. Staff sometimes hard to find.
