Esperavamos um atendimento melhor
Pros:

Reservei o quarto somente para uma noite, como cheguei tarde não pude utilizar a sauna. O café da manhã é agendado para entrega no quarto e o horário disponível era às 8:10 da manhã. Pouco antes do horário, eu liguei na recepção e solicitei se poderiam antecipar visto que teríamos de sair às 8:30 hrs para o aeroporto. Reagendamos para as 8:00 hrs, porém saímos do quarto às 8:20 hrs e não foi entregue o café da manhã. Além disso, ainda tivemos de esperar 15 minutos na recepção para liberação do nosso quarto no check out. No mais o quarto é bem limpo e ficamos na lateral do prédio que dá para uma rua tranquila. Descansamos bem.

Great hotel, hospitality can be better
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Safe and clean. Breakfast process should be better. They ask you the day before what you want and bring it to you. One day I forgot to tell them the day before and they called me at 7am. They should not wake you up for this.
They dont have irons in the room. They do have the service to iron. I sent several shirts and they burned a $60 shirt on the collar.
They are not doing these things on purpose but seem to not fully think about costumer experience.

Se escuchan los "ruidos y gritos" de las demas habitaciones que pasan el rato . El desayuno es un chiste para lo q cuesta la estasia . Deje mi llave para que hicieran el aseo y cuando volvi en la tarde no lo habian hecho . Me quede aqui oara acortar camino con el lugar donde venia a trabajar.... pero ciertamente prefiero seguir quedandome en Miraflores en hoteles comodos con valores similares a este.

El hotel es muy bueno limpio y todo en muy buen estado el precio la zona donde se encuentra es un poquito caro pero tiene comodidades yo me aloje ahi por que era el unico que tenia aire acondicionado y en verdad si buscas calidad y comodidades vale la pena alrededor no hay mucho que ver pero el hotel tiene su propio restaurante y es bastante bueno

WARNING! I had accidentally left my Nintendo switch charging in the bathroom when I left for the airport, as soon as I noticed, I called the hotel but got no response. I had the whatsapp number for the front desk so I contacted them, they asked my address and which company I preferred and said they sent it. I waited 3 months with no switch and no answer. When I texted again they simply ignored my message! The neighborhood is disgusting and unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE
