Fantastic stay with lovely staff!
Pros:

Very friendly staff, extremely helpful. Amazing breakfast with lots of variety. Very good hotel restaurant with reasonable prices and good vegetarian options. Our room was in the new part, with fantastic facilities (great shower, comfortable beds, fridge in the room). Nice terrace with a view of the mountain. Parking in the main parking garage of the village and it was free of charge. Availability of the Joker card to take the cable cars up was very helpful. With this card, there was also a discount on renting bikes.
Because we had to leave early and couldn’t attend the breakfast, a complete lunch package was provided (also free of charge).
Tea and water available at the pool.

Cons:

Personally I didn’t like the pillows.
The pool is quite small, with playing children it was not possible to swim.

Wäre ein perfektes Hotel mit freundlich Personal sucht ist bei Hotel Astrid genau richtig
Pros:

Es geht einfach nicht besser. Alles perfekt. Wir waren zum Mountainbiken im Hotel Astrid und vom Mountainbike Keller mit Spinnen und Belüftung über den Pool und der Sauna. Fantastisches Essen. Nettes Personal perfekte Lage. Man hat ungefähr nur 50 m bis zum Lift. Es gibt nichts, was an diesem Hotel und den Leistungen verbessert werden kann.

Von A - Z perfekt! Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal, gutes Essen, moderne und saubere Zimmer, der tolle Pool, die gepflegte Sauna mit Ruhebereich, usw. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

Ubytování bylo moc hezké, rádi přijedeme znovu.
Pros:

Skvělé umístění, blízko lanovky i celého centra, krásný bazén a sauna, příjemný personál. Výborná snídaně.

Cons:

Garáže jsou v parkovacím domě v podzemním tunelu, pokud potřebujete každý den vyjíždět, je třeba počítat s časem navíc na cestu k autu.

Pros:

En burde som med multemyrer en finner ikke si noe om hvor de er, litt det samme her, en kan jo bli redd for å ikke få rom neste år om en skryter for mye av dette, men de fortjener absolutt all skryt.
Dette hotellet er noe av det beste jeg har opplevd. Reiser mye i jobben og en del privat så det blir ganske mange av de o løpet av året. Det er hele atmosfæren som gjør at dette scorer 10 av 10 her.
Maten fra restauranten er meget bra, samme med frokosten.
Vi var der for å sykle og dro ut på formiddagen og kom tilbake på ettermiddagen. Hotellet har en hage med solsenger og det er et basseng der. Dette var genialt når en ville strekke seg litt etter å ha brukt seg litt på sykkelsetet på dagen. Vi kommer tilbake!

Pros:

Everything! The decor was beautiful - traditional Austrian with a modern twist. The rooms were a good size and comfortable, and there's the best restaurant in the area just downstairs. Staff all very friendly and lovely breakfast

Cons:

Nothing really, If I had to find something - the rooms are non smoking but people smoke on the neighbouring balconies so sometimes smoke comes into the room and we had to keep the door closed. But I guess nothing that can be done about that (so not a complaint at all)
