Pros:

地點離台中火車站很近，算是很方便很不錯
附近也有不少吃的，便利商店也很不算遠
早上的櫃檯非常有禮貌客氣，因為手上拿著水果還幫我冰東西
環境整潔上也算是有在注意沒有很多灰塵

Cons:

整體設備老舊，床有一點硬
隔音效果差
淋浴空間略小而且水會濺到外面，地面沒有防滑很容易滑倒
房間插座超級少，只有2個
吹風機是從掛牆式那種但有折下來，可是風很小，女生吹久之後會有燒焦的味道
