Clean but poor staff interactions and overcharged.
Pros:

It was a clean room. And the hotel in general was clean.

Cons:

The hall way smelled like smoke. And they charged me for a room I had already paid for and have made it very difficult to try to fix that. It’s still not fixed.

I probably won’t stay there again. To many other options in the area.
Pros:

Room layout was nice. The person checking us in was professional and courteous. I thought the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast selection was great.

Cons:

The A/C in our room (305) did not cool. I set it to 64 and the room never cooled below 75. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained incredibly slow. I tried to report these issues at checkout. I waited at the checkout desk for several minutes around 8:30am, and no one was there to greet me. A basket was on the counter instructing guests to leave their key cards there to check out. I guess that did not want feedback about the room.

We know we will always have a good stay.
Pros:

We’ve stayed here several times. The staff is always welcoming. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious breakfasts are very good. Always a pleasant experience.

Pros:

room was exceptional and evening/night clerk was very friendly and commodating. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

A bit faster replenishment of breakfast foods would be good. Day clerk seemed harried, although she helped add my Marriott number to my stay.
