Персонал вежливыми внимательный. В номере чисто и уютно, небольшая кухня с необходимой посудой, замечательный вид из окна. Приехали с сыном на два дня с деловой поездкой.

Не тратьте время - лучшего не найдете!
Pros:

Все лучшее, что только может быть, вы найдете здесь: центрее не бывает, фантастический вид на Исакий, Адмиралтейство и Мойку, великолепное оборудование - кухня, проектор с гигантским экраном, классный саундбар, изысканный дизайн, предупредительный персонал, закрытая парковка, чего стоит только ванная с окном! И совершенно непонятно, почему так недорого?

Net en schoon appartement, niet erg groot qua leefruimte maar meer dan voldoende voor 3 personen. Met uitgeklapte bedbank voor 4e persoon zal er weinig ruimte overblijven om aan t tafeltje te zitten. (Ik lag nu als derde persoon op de zeer lange bank; deze hoefde niet uitgeklapt te worden). Appartement qua voorzieningen compleet ingericht, zeer vlotte en nette service bij in en uitchecken. Ook overig contact per mail in aanvang van ons bezoek werd steeds vlot en goed beantwoord. Ligging is perfect, vlakbij alle highlights (op loopafstand), ondanks centrale ligging, geen geluidsoverlast van buiten. Absolute aanrader!

Nice room in good area
Pros:

The room had a fabulous view of St. Isaacs Cathederal. There was plenty of room and all that was needed. The only not so great bits was that it is not close to a metro station and the hot water was never much more than warm.
There is still plenary to see and do in the neighbourhood.

I would give this an 11 out of 10. It was great. Anton was terrific. Helpful. Would have liked a shower curtain so water didn’t go all over. Great location. Easy walking to Hermitage, etc.

Pros:

Great location, really friendly and helpful staff. The only drawback is that the sleeping arrangements were a little “cosy” for four people but not to worry, it was inexpensive and so well positioned in the city that we got by fine.

Very stylish and comfortable hotel

We loved staying at the Agent Flat Apartment Hotel. It is located across from the Mariinsky Palace near St Isaac Square. There is no signage on the street - you have to go into a courtyard and look to your right to find it.

Our room was very stylish, modern and tastefully decorated. It had a kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove top and microwave along with enough cups, plates, utensils etc. The bed was comfortable and the sofa turned into a bed. There was a lot of space to spread out our luggage. Bottled water, shampoo, toothbrushes and bathrobes were supplied.

The receptionist did not speak much English but we got by with translation apps on our phones. We could store our bags until our room was ready. The wifi was very good.

There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. There are also small convenience stores nearby where we bought breakfast cereal and milk.

Pros:

Fantastic property in a fantastic location , I travel a lot and stay in a lot of high end hotels and this is up there with a lot of them , if you want so something high end, good views, well located and unique without a chain feel, this is perfect

The place was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, and the people were so very friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable as well. The scenery from the window was breath taking. We will definitely go back when we are in St. Petersburg!
