離捷運站近 旁邊有超商
Pros:

捷運站出來徒步即可到達，以舊旅館來說還蠻乾淨的，房內無老旅館常有的霉味。牆壁薄所以不能期待隔音得祈禱隔壁房間及旁邊民宅不會太吵。出門轉角即有超商可購食物飲料。房間有提供免費杯水但這類商品塑膠味很重 建議自行去飲水機裝水或到超商買。因附近有公園且入住時天氣已轉熱，多少有些蚊蟲。

Pros:

タバコ臭くてへきえき、次の日喉と目が痛くて服も荷物もタバコ臭くて辛かった。おまけにデブと高年齢に3階の登り降り（階段が急だし狭いし）はキツ過ぎました。
駅から徒歩1分もかからないし清掃は行き届いていて良いとは思いますが
