La habitación del 2 piso es deleznable
Glæsilegt hótel og vel staðsett í Miraflores hverfinu. Allt annar klassi og ekki sambærilegt hótelunum í Cusco. Myndi hiklaust dvelja þarna aftur.
Excelente nivel y atención del personal.
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, en pleno centro de Miraflores. La habitación estaba limpia , cama muy confortable y el personal de vigilancia en la entrada fue siempre atento y amable.
Mi experiencia en este hotel no fue la esperada. En varias ocasiones, mientras ya estaba desayunando, un miembro del personal se acercó a decirme que mi estadía no incluía desayuno porque supuestamente no lo había pagado. Luego llamaban para verificar la información y finalmente me decían que sí estaba incluido. Aunque al final se aclaraba el error, fue una situación muy incómoda y poco profesional que se repitió más de una vez.
El desayuno también dejó mucho que desear. Los panes no eran frescos y había muy pocas opciones para elegir. Además, no había suficientes tazas para los huéspedes y todos los días había que pedir una. Al preguntar al personal, me respondieron que muchas se habían quebrado y que estaban esperando que llegaran nuevas.
Otro problema fue la ducha: era prácticamente imposible regular la temperatura del agua, ya que pasaba de muy caliente a muy fría constantemente.
Por el precio que cobra el hotel, esperaba un servicio y unas instalaciones de mucho mejor nivel. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia no estuvo a la altura de lo que ofrecen.

Shower temperature fluctuates whilst in the shower. Base of shower very slippy even with inbuilt grip on the floor. Had to use handrail whilst showering,not ideal
As someone who doesn't drink coffee I wasn't able to make a tea as only a nespresso machine no kettle
