Pros:

Localização excelente em Miraflores, poucos minutos do Parque Kennedy. É possível conhecer toda a Costa Verde de Miraflores caminhando do hotel. Para ir até Barranco é super fácil pegar um Uber, e sai barato. Ara segura e movimentada. Muitos cafés próximo ao Hotel.

Buen hotel con algunos detalles a pulir para ser perfecto hacia el cliente.
Pros:

La comodidad de la habitación e instalaciones, la ubicación y el trato del personal de limpieza, bar de la piscina y gimnasio.

Cons:

Que con un mes de antelación nos pusimos en contacto con el hotel y el restaurante del hotel para reservar cenar para el día de NocheBuena y habiendo avisado, y teniendo los correos de que queriamos mesa porque estaríamos alli en navidad, cuando llegamos, ya no tenian sitio y tampoco nos hicieron hueco para dos personas que éramos. Nos quedamos cenando el dia de Nochebuena en la habitación con comida para llevar, dado que tampoco nos pudieron acomodar en otro lugar del hotel para al menos estar más cómodo (y también lo pedimos en recepción).

Bonito hotel en Miraflores
Pros:

Muy bonito hotel con habitación espaciosa, bonita y cómoda. Muy bien ubicado en Miraflores, con desayuno 10.

Cons:

Aunque el resto del personal de recepción, cafeteria y terraza fueron muy amables, la chica que nos hizo el check in no nos explicó nada bien: no nos explicó como acceder a las habitaciones, ni que necessitabas la targeta para acceder a la planta, ni nos dijo bien la hora del desayuno (creo que fue un caso individual, el resto del personal muy bien)
