Beautiful location.. very decorated hotel.. awesome food and delicious breakfast. Rooftop pool and bar is gorgeous as well.

Claro. Eu deixaria mais natural e emocional, sem parecer um texto institucional. E colocaria a Sofia como Guest Experience Manager, que parece ser a função que você está lembrando.

A phenomenal stay

I stayed at the hotel with my daughter from August 14th to 18th while we were in Lima for an international fencing competition, the Pan American Championships.

From the very beginning, we were treated with incredible kindness and attention. Everyone was wonderful, from Jorge, the security manager at the entrance, who was always so helpful and welcoming, to the entire front desk and hotel team.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable, very clean, well organized and beautifully decorated. Everything felt new and pleasant, and the beds were excellent. The breakfast was another wonderful surprise, with a great variety of international food and also some delicious Peruvian options. We also ate at the restaurant almost every day and were very happy with both the quality of the food and the prices.

But what truly made this hotel unforgettable happened during our stay. Unfortunately, my daughter, who is an international fencing athlete, suffered an injury during the Pan American Championships.

That was when I really understood what exceptional hospitality means.

Sofia, from Guest Experience, was incredibly kind and caring. She made sure the entire team knew about our situation and treated us with such genuine concern and kindness. Every person at the hotel seemed to care about my daughter and about how I was doing.

When my daughter arrived back at the hotel injured, Jorge even helped carry her in his arms. Nobody asked him to do it. He simply saw that she needed help and immediately stepped in. When we returned from the medical appointments, everyone was concerned and asking how she was. The team arranged a wheelchair for us, helped us get ice whenever we needed it, and continued checking on us throughout the following days.

I was alone in Lima with my daughter, without my husband, and during a very difficult and emotional moment, the people at this hotel became a family for us.

I will never forget the kindness, care and affection we received. And what is important to me is that this feeling did not start because of my daughter’s injury. We were already very happy with the hotel, the room, the food and the service before anything happened.

The way the entire team cared for us simply showed us the true heart of this hotel.

When I return to Lima, there is no other hotel I would even consider staying at. I will come back to Inside Miraflores without hesitation.

Thank you to Jorge, Sofia and every single person on the team for making such a difficult experience a little easier for us. We felt truly cared for, and I will always be grateful for that.

Ubicación y entrada muy bonita

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Parque Central de Miraflores. Vieles ist damit fußläufig erreichbar. Auch nachts ist die Gegend sicher.
Das Zimmer war super sauber. Ich war selten in einem Hotel in dem es so sauber war. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war super und die Betten waren richtig bequem.
Das Frühstück war mit im Preis inbegriffen und war super lecker. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Früchten, Brötchen und anderen Brotewaren, warme Sachen und sogar eine Omlett Station. Auch eine große Auswahl an glutenfreien Sachen gab es.
Die Rooftol Bar ist auch super schön und es gibt einen Wilkommensdrink, der dort eingelöst werden kann.
