Pros:

Extrem ruhig trotz lautem Stadtviertel. Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Betten, gutes Frühstück.

Quiero expresar mi especial Agradecimiento a Ana Sofía por su excelente atención, amabilidad, antes como durante mi estadía. Sin duda, recomiendo el hotel y lo tendré entre mis primeras opciones de alojamiento en mis próximas visitas a Lima. Muchas gracias por la hospitalidad

El único inconveniente durante mi estadía fue la desagradable sorpresa de descubrir que el desayuno no estaba incluido en mi reserva. (OJO) Quiero aclarar que esta observación no está dirigida al hotel INNSiDE by Meliá Lima Miraflores, cuya atención y servicio fueron excelentes, sino a la plataforma Booking.com, a través de la cual realicé mi reserva. Según recuerdo, al momento de efectuar la reservación, la descripción indicaba que el desayuno estaba incluido. Sin embargo, al llegar al hotel, me informaron que este servicio no formaba parte de mi tarifa. Ante esta situación, me comuniqué telefónicamente con el servicio de atención al cliente de Booking.com, pero lamentablemente no recibí una solución satisfactoria y terminé asumiendo un costo adicional por los desayunos. Esta experiencia ha afectado mi confianza en la plataforma, por lo que consideraré utilizar otras alternativas para mis futuras reservas. Espero que Booking.com revise lo sucedido y considere una compensación o el reembolso de los gastos adicionales ocasionados por esta situación. Reitero que mi reclamo es exclusivamente contra la plataforma de reservas y no contra el hotel, con cuya atención quedé muy satisfecho.
