Pros:

Dos días antes de la llegada nos informan que tienen inconvenientes con el suministro de energía y nos asignan otro hotel.
Nuestra habitación en el segundo hotel no tenia vista y la única ventana daba al pasillo, no tenía Terraza ni piscina como lo habíamos reservado inicialmente. El mini-bar descongeló durante la noche y la habitación se llenó de agua.

Pros:

Book for two nights but they canceled one night and transferred me to another hotel (Portal de Sandiego) which was nasty, and more expensive!

Pros:

Benefit quality/cost it is the best. This hotel as a privileged location. It is fully renovated, super clean, the staff super friendly. I couldn't recommend this hotel more. The only downside it is there is not a parking premise, you have to find by yourself.

Pros:

Bed felt like a box spring with a sleeping blanket covering it. Shower was missing the shower head. Construction started at 8:15 every morning which consequently caused a roof leak in the bedroom.

Basic hotel room
Pros:

Great location. Room is fine if you are only using hotel to sleep. Very basic room and very noisy in morning with staff setting up breakfast. The staff are however lovely. Watch your rate. Expedia charged me double what rate should have been and staff were a bit shocked. I paid too much so exected more. If you pay a basic price then it is a good deal.
