The city center. Super Clean rooms! Friendly staff!

Great location, walking distance to everything you could need, genuinely the most helpful and friendly staff, rooms were gorgeous and very very clean.

The breakfast options were smallish but fresh and delicious. The staff were so very helpful and friendly at all times. The location is excellent, in the middle of it all. The room was cleaned almost daily something I’ve never experienced before.

L’hôtel est familial, situé dans un endroit agréable, proche de tout, avec un personnel sympathique.

What a lovely hotel in a perfect location. Whether you want to go to the beach or a 10 min walk up the hill to beautiful Koutouloufari Village where the restaurants are plentiful. The staff are so friendly and the hotel is very clean with rooms serviced daily which was excellent. I’ve read other reviews about the breakfast being basic but I couldn’t fault it, it had everything one could want. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks to all the lovey staff. X

We loved everything about this hotel! They really thought of everything. The beds were comfortable and you could control the AC, which blows very cold (wonderful after a day out in the heat!) the room was a good size, and there was plenty of space for suitcases, charging ports for our phones, a hairdryer, fresh towels every day, and good lighting. The rooms were cleaned daily and kept very well. There was a drying rack on the balcony for wet clothes, which was great.

Breakfast was delicious, with good coffee and bits like cheeses, olives, fresh cucumber, tomato, watermelon, and fruits, cereals, toast, etc. They let us bring our plates to our room to eat while getting ready when we were in a rush.

We didn't use the pool but it looked nice.

The location was fantastic, right in the middle of Hersonissos and walking distance from restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, and beaches. Lots of tours did pickups nearby, which really simplified things for us.

The real standout feature was the staff. They were all so friendly and accommodating and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great stay. They let us store our bags after checkout, and even let us use their showers before our flight since we did a beach day. The bottle of wine and fruit was also very appreciated, as were the lovely bottles of olive oil we were given at checkout.

They also booked us a taxi to the airport the night before, which saved us some stress.

My friend and I agreed that if we ever go back to Crete, we'll absolutely stay here again.

Petit hôtel familial très soigné et complètement rénové récemment. Petite piscine, mais proche de la plage (5 minutes à pied) et de nombreux magasins et restaurants.
Chambres cosy, très bien insonorisées. Personnel super sympathique et attentionné.
A conseiller sans hésitation.

Buona la posizione, gentilissimo lo staff, pulizia perfetta, cambio biancheria ottimale. Apprezzate le gentilezze:acqua fresca all'arrivo e alla partenza, bottiglia di vino e frutta, molto gradita una bottiglietta di olio regalata dal Sig. Antonio del suo uliveto.

I stayed for 11 nights at this location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our 11-night stay. The rooms were clean and it was a nice. We appreciated the small gestures – a bottle of wine and fruit on arrival, water and a sandwich when we left – which made us feel welcome. Overall, our stay was pleasant

The staff was very friendly and always smiling and ready to help. The room was cleaned daily and a big plus has been the free AC. Overall a pleasant stay and a good value for money. Special thanks to all the employees of the hotel for being so accommodating.
