good for a budget but wont be staying here again
Pros:

Room was comfy enough and pretty quiet considering there was an event every night we stayed there.

Cons:

I dont mind a contactless check-in. I've stayed in similar places before. But this property did a terrible job of sending me check in info and then was completely unavailable when I called repeatedly for help. We almost gave up and went to stay somewhere else for the night but luckily another guest was kind enough to help us. The other guest also said they had a difficult time checking in.

Bel hôtel dans beau quartier
Pros:

I rebooked a hotel with the Booking.com app and I am requesting a refund for the Bishop Arts Hotel.
Cons:

I arrived Thursday night and could not get in. The hotel is completely unattended. I called the phone number that they posted - no answer. I started looking for an alternate hotel on Booking.com. Found one. Eventually the Bishop Arts hotel responded to my phone call with a text: "Hi". I responded with "Cancel" and they said that they would not challenge my request for a refund. Therefore, I am asking you to please refund me for the room at Bishop Arts that I could not get into and they could not correct in a timely manner.
