Not good-smelled like weed and kids running up the halls
Pros:

Next to Easton.

Cons:

As soon as we headed towards our room you could smell weed. Weed dispenser located next to hotel and if we would have known this prior to booking, we wouldn’t have stayed. The other item was the constant running up and down the hallway and sounded like kids jumping on their bed for most of the night. We did not get the much needed rest we were looking forward to. Spoke with person at checkout and he applied points which was generous but would rather had the rest. We like your hotels but not this one.

Attentive staff, great pool area, decent breakfast.
Pros:

The dining area was nice and spacious. It was crowded, but it didn’t feel overwhelming because there was sufficient space for everyone to be seated.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

It was nice check out was at 12 !
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable and roomy check out time was at 12 nice !

Cons:

handicap parking distance is horrible away from entrance that was not good! And the (women) food staff not friendly at all they shut things down way before 10 almost 10-15 minutes before time and nasty facial expressions told it all!

Not very clean, and very noisy.
Cons:

Not very clean. There were crumbs on the carpet and a sock left on the floor, clearly did not vacuum after the last guests. In the hallways trash was left on tables and on the floor. And overall seemed dirty.
The walls were very thin and we constantly heard other guests during our stay. The floors in the hallway were completely uneven as well. Did not feel that the cleanliness and quality of hotel measured up to the price we paid for one night.

Attentive and friendly staff, the location is convenient

Cons:

No scanning from phone to pay. The corners of the room were dusty and dirty. The door handle to the bathroom sliding door fell right off upon the first touch, they were very quick to fix it though. Couldn’t use the pool one night because someone dropped a glass into the pool and it shattered, closing the pool early.

Pros:

We came to Columbus to attend Sonic Temple Festival 2026. We had an issue with the bank on our end and we were able to call and figure out a solution with the front desk and manager. The other staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and aesthetically appealing. The room was perfect for us, there was so much room in the bathroom and closet. I liked the little living room area with the desk. There were 2 flat screen televisions that swiveled out from the wall and easy to use. Complimentary breakfast food was served everyday and we enjoyed that very much.

Pros:

Overall the hotel was great. The breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable, pool was warm. My kids had fun swimming. Our room was a great size. With 5 of us we were not crowded and had plenty of space.

Cons:

The sliding door to the bathroom was hard to push open and close.
