I know this place receives a lot of good reviews maybe we were just in a bad room we stayed in 246 this past weekend there were a lot of different venue events going on in the area like State wrestling tournaments volleyball tournaments and dance competitions as we were in town for the volleyball tournament I'll start off by saying the property itself is clean and maintained but the double Queen room we had was very narrow not much space at all the pull-out trundle bed had stained up sheets on it and the desk was dirty I looked past all that because well we're just in town for a tournament we're not going to be there that long then night time came I understand with kids and stuff it's tough to keep quiet but above us sounded like a herd of elephants until midnight when we had to be up at 4:00 a.m. to get ready for volleyball eventually I had to call the front desk which in turn sent security up so she said and the noise ceased a little later but even then the construction of the building even if somebody's just walking upstairs it Creeks the ceiling right above your bed I wouldn't stay here again I didn't find the beds very comfortable at all but yet again I'm used to a thick foam mattress at home that's very conformable I didn't like how close one of the TV is were to the edge of the bed being as how narrow the room was staff we're friendly the second day we moved in upon check in the front staff seemed a little irritated I can't comment on inclusive breakfast as we had to leave every morning before breakfast began I'm sure that's great but for now I stand behind my review I think next year will actually be staying downtown connected to the convention center for tournament.

Other than the noise complaint, it was overall a nice stay

The room was nice and plenty big for my family of 5

Cons:

The noise level of other guests all through the night, kept my children up when we had to be up early for a volleyball tournament
