Porque, reservé una habitación matrimonial confortable, con nevera, aire, y TV, y me entregaron una habitación que el aire expulsaba un olor horrible a moho, luego para que me cambiaran a otra habitación en mejores condiciones tuve, que dar más dinero y tampoco tenía nevera. Como si fuera poco en la noche tuvimos que salir a comprar agua para tomar, porque en el hotel no había.

Very nice place for families to take few days of as well as for other travelers, we will come back for sure.
Pros:

very helpful staff, specially thanks to Reynaldo, super nice swimming pool as well as for children and adults, resting places in the garden, comfortable beds and clean rooms

Cons:

as usually some noisy guests but it doesn’t depend on the hotel and fortunately only 2 nights and the rest of stay was very quiet
