Deben indicar que se debe atravesar una puerta principal porq desde la vía principal queda uno perdido

La persona que nos recibió en la noche de 20 de diciembre, muy antipática, no dió ninguna información, a duras penas dió el saludo.
El hotel en general está bien, queda al frente de Ukumari, las habitaciones son cómodas, tiene piscina y un espacio de juegos. Para el precio está muy bien.
El personal que nos atendió estuvo muy amable.

La ubicación estaba un poco confusa me costó llegar al sitio
Perfecto si se quieren hospedar cerca al Parque Ukumarí, queda muy cerca, cuenta con piscina, servicios de bar, y parqueadero perfecto para relajarte sin salir del hotel.
La piscina está al aire libre, así que esta expuesta a que le caigan cosas al agua, la limpieza podria ser más recurrente.

It is very hard to say what I like about this place... Maybe the staff which was so much friendly then the administrator.
First the administrator of that place, she was never there and was only available on the phone she was rude and zero customer service. They gave us a room outside and it was horrible with the mosquitoes which we have to sleep with the lights on all nights we were there not to mentioned when they showed us the room a dirty rag and the cleaning spray were on top of the bed! No shampoo, conditioner or bar soap even the little ones they provide in hotels nothing. Every time we went out we have to leave our room keys? What? All our belongings are there supposedly they didnt have a spare key in case we lost the one provided to us. They have a gate at the entrance which it never open automatically (dont know why they have sensors) so we have to call everytime we were at the gate the front desk so the could open it when we could get out of the place.
