After being completely misled and let down by a different property, we were left stranded with nowhere to go. We stumbled upon Hotel Opera, and from the second we arrived, the team completely turned our holiday around.
The staff were incredibly kind and understanding. Before we committed to booking, they took the time to show us around the entire property just to ensure we were completely happy. We instantly fell in love with the bungalow area, which surrounds a beautiful, relaxing swimming pool. Because it was fairly quiet during our stay, we practically had the pool to ourselves, which was amazing and felt like our own private little oasis.
The customer service here is unmatched. The hotel receptionist and the manager simply couldn't do enough for us—nothing was too much trouble, and they helped us with absolutely everything without any fuss at all.
We also loved the location. It is far enough away from the busy, noisy parts of Budva to offer total peace and quiet at night, but it’s still highly accessible. It is just a 10 to 15-minute walk to Jaz Beach and a quick 10-minute taxi ride into Budva Old Town.
To top it all off, the breakfast offered a brilliant variety of options every morning.
We came to Hotel Opera stressed and with nowhere to go, and we left incredibly happy. We would definitely return if we ever visit Montenegro again, and we highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay.

Das Hotel Opera Jazz befindet sich ca. 5km westl. von Budva entfernt verkehrsgünstig an der viel befahrenen E65/E80 (von der man im Hotel aber nur wenig hört). In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Tankstelle und fussläufig einen grossen Supermarkt.

Neben einigen Bungalows verfügt das Hotel über ein Haupthaus mit Rezeption und ein Nebengebäude. Zwei grosse Parkplätze sind vorhanden – der bei den Bungalows ist sichtgeschützt und auch für das Abstellen von Motorrädern bestens geeignet. Des Weiteren hat das Opera Jazz zwei Aussenpools (einer davon direkt vor den Bungalows) und ein Restaurant (mit internationaler Speisekarte) mit Aussenbewirtung.

Der CheckIn verlief problemlos, das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und durchweg englischsprechend. Der gebuchte Bungalow erwies sich als recht klein, trotzdem aber mit Schreibtisch, befüllter Minibar, Flat-TV und AC ausgestattet. Allerdings gab es nur wenige Abstellflächen fürs Gepäck. Auch im Bad gab es nur wenige Ablageflächen. Alles war blitzsauber und gepflegt. Von der (sehr schön überwachsenen) Terrasse aus hatte man direkten Zugang zum Pool. Das Frühstücksbuffet (im Restaurant) liess keine Wünsche offen.

Das Hotel Opera Jazz erhält meine Empfehlung, sei es nur für eine Nacht oder als Ausgangspunkt für eine Städtereise nach Budva. Tipp: Buchen Sie einen Bungalow!

Nous étions dans un bungalow avec une salle de bain bien équipée. Le lit était confortable. La température étant un peu fraîche nous avons testé le chauffage et il fonctionnait très bien. Le parking est bien sécurisé. Le petit déjeuner était copieux.

A modern and nicely decorated hotel close to the beach and about a 20-minute drive from busy Budva. The staff are very friendly and even helped surprise a family member for her birthday! The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom and shower very nice. Each guest receives slippers and a bathrobe. Breakfast offers plenty of choice, both traditional and continental options. We also had lunch on arrival, though it was a bit expensive. There’s spacious, free parking available. Nicely located for day trips. Jaz Beach is within walking distance.
