Useless front desk
Pros:

Plenty of parking, large and clean room, good mattress.

Cons:

They could not find our booking and did NOTHING about it...They haven't said if they could get us into another room, offered to call a Manager or someone that might be able to help, 0 solution...
We ended up having to make another reservation on site...

It wasn’t the worst I’ve stayed at but likely won’t stay again.
Pros:

Convince and breakfast wasn’t bad

Cons:

The pool was so gross it was brown . There wasn’t lighting for one side of my room and on the other side I had to ask for a lightbulb that was missing from a lap

Nice Hotel, but some problems to work out
Pros:

Rooms were clean and had a modern design
Lobby was spacious and nice with places to set and work
Room was spacious and pull out couch worked well for my 5 year old
Hotel was quiet, could not hear any neighbors

Cons:

Sewer smell throughout the hotel was bad especially in the elevators
Breakfast only had one meat and they were only putting out tiny amounts at a time… (4-5 sausage patties/8-10 strips of bacon) that’s not great when there’s 40 people eating breakfast.
Faucet was mounted so far to the right of sink that water got everywhere anytime I (or my 5 yr old) washed hands
Mattress was an older spring style mattress and uncomfortably firm for a 300lb side sleeper, I had to sleep on my back

A memorable stay.
Pros:

I appreciate the courtesy and friendly staff, from the front desk people to housekeeping, Consuelo and Lorena. It’s always comforting knowing that when you get back to your room everything looks refreshed. I’m also appreciative of the patience given towards my family, we travel with 6 kids ranging from 1yrs old to 17yrs and I know it can get overwhelming but your staff made us feel right at home.

Cons:

We weren’t too thrilled with the pool, there were some debris at the bottom that cut our feet.
