Private and peaceful one room apartments

Lovely

This was the nicest place we stayed on our 11 day trip this year. The staff was very welcoming and the "apartment" room was fully set up with a kitchen, refrigerator, wonderful bed and private bath. The parking was right outside and the owner herself welcomed and showed me the room. Hope to be by again someday!

Very cozy, spacious room suite in Borgarnes! Great stop on our way to the peninsula and back, and would recommend and stay again

Overall good for one night, but one of the blanket covers had some drops of dried blood, evidently not changed before our arrival.

Nice spot in Borgarnes situated within the same building as a cute Cafe. The shower situation could use some work, but this was a very nice place to stay.

Lovely room beautifully decorated and comfortable. Wonderful view over the fjord and mountains. Comfortable armchair to relax in. Nice kitchenette to make toast for breakfast.
Only issue was that neighbours in both adjoining rooms were a bit noisy but that happens anywhere.
Nice and warm given cold conditions outside.
The caramel muffin in the cafe was yummy too.

This cute apartment suite was quiet, safe, and had an excellent view. The owner was very helpful and sweet, and help us accommodate a late checkin as we had to travel later than expected. Equipped with everything we needed, except we weren't aware laundry was a charged service rather than free or having a built-in washer/dryer.

Had a lovely stay. The room offered everything we needed was pleasantly decorated and very clean.
Easy parking at the back of the property and friendly staff.

Place was spacious and clean. Staff was polite and as per description it’s really peaceful and quiet. Only “bad” thing is that we had to use google maps on the actual address as the apartment doesn’t have a listing on google (very small issue)

Adorable apartment in a great location of Borganes. Great views. The only downside was the hot water smelled like eggs very bad which is not something we experienced at other hotels.

The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. It was only a few steps from a walking path along the water. The staff was very friendly.
We would have benefited from some instructions for using the electric stove and the coffee pot. Soap in the shower would have been helpful. Food options were limited in the area during early May.

Super cute room with amenities. Great coffee shop downstairs with good coffee, breakfast, and desserts to choose from.

Staff set up the extra bed that we needed and the beds were comfortable. There was parking right at our door. Nice stay.

This apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. Right on the water with excellent views of the surrounding landscape, ocean and town, it is also steps away from several excellent restaurants, the Settlement Center, and a beautiful path along the water. The host was very friendly, helpful. Well equipped kitchen, too, with coffee tea included. Highly recommended.

It was a great little room with easy access to the beach. The staff was friendly and extremely welcoming. Can’t wait to come back
