Pros:

The hotel is very cozy and nice. First floor was very nicely decorated - 10 points. Good parking- there was lots of snow but staff was taking care of that. Good place to celebrate the New Year.

Cons:

Extremely small room. We booked two rooms - kids got more or less normal one. But for us it was smallest room we have ever been. The room was cold and no heating in the bathroom. Not good deal for such money.

Chambre « Patronen » extraordinaire.
Hôtel très très cosy et très agréable.
Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Digne des plus grands.
Repas du soir délicieux. Produits de grande qualité.
Emplacement et vue sur les montagnes depuis l’hôtel, le restaurant et la chambre exceptionnels.
Literie super confortable.
Sauna EXTRAORDINAIRE avec vue sublime.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war so nett und schön hergerichtet, dass man nicht wusste, wo man zuerst hinschauen soll. Ebenso das Ambiente des Restaurants und der Rezeption Bereich waren außergewöhnlich schön und es hat gut geduftet! Die Matratzen des Bettes waren super!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im Gegensatz zum Restaurant und Rezeption Bereich enttäuschend, kurz schockierend. Es hat nicht gut gerochen im Badezimmer, die Dusche war schlecht. Es hat sehr an ein
heruntergekommenes Motel erinnert

Charming lodge with equally charming staff.
Pros:

Charming lodge with comfortable bedding and great smelling toiletries. The common areas were cozy and the breakfast was great. Staff was super friendly and responsive. Easy outdoor access for dog.

Cons:

The room itself needs some TLC, bathroom especially. The kitchen area didn’t provide any kitchen supplies and fridge functioned more like a freezer.
