Pros:

Расположение удобное. Персонал приветливый. В номерах чисто и аккуратно. Завтраки не очень разнообразные, но неплохие. Гостиница произвела хорошее впечатление

욕실사용에도 전혀 문제 없었고, 난방도 좋았고, 청결했고,

Excellent hotel: convenient and affordable.
Pros:

A pretty good hotel! The breakfast is excellent! The English speaking hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a free laundry that very convenient for families. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this hotel for all Canadians.

Нет парковки вообще, подъехать даже к входу затруднительно, машину оставлять только вдоль дороги. А в целом чисто и уютно.

괜찮은 시설, 위치가 다소 애매합니다.
Pros:

근처의 아반타 호텔과 같이 운영되는 듯 합니다. 시설은 깔끔하고 괜찮은 편이고, 조식도 나쁘지 않습니다. 다만 근처의 버스 정류장(스뚜젠스까야)은 클레버 하우스까지만 가는 노선이고, 금각만 전망대를 걸어서 갈 경우 언덕이 좀 있습니다. 조금 걸으셔서 고골랴 정류장(혁명광장까지 갑니다)을 이용하시거나, 택시를 타시기 바랍니다. 길을 내려오시면 북한식당이 있으므로 북한사람들이 가끔 목격됩니다.

객실에 물이 없어요..
자판기에 30루블짜리 물을 판매하는데 100루블 잔짜리를 카운터에서 못 바꿔줘서 근처 마트 갔다 왔습니다.

타임 호텔 솔직 후기
Pros:

일단 블라디보스톡에서 보기 드문 신축 호텔에 청결합니다. 다만 한국인 단체가 가끔 있으며, 호텔 근처가 공사장이고 별거 없긴 한데 걸어서 5분거리에 마트가 있습니다. 아르바트 메인거리도 택시 타면 8분 거리에 있구요 직원들도 친절해서 저는 차라리 조금 떨어져있어도 청결 등을 고려 했을때 추천합니다 ㅋㅋ

만족스럽습니다
Pros:

이번에 모임 식구들이랑 가서 5개 방에서 2박을 했는데 방도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하고 좋았습니다. 엑스트라 베드를 3개 방에 넣었는데 의외로 침대도 편하고 침구류 상태도 좋았구요.. 독수리 전망대까지 도보로도 7분 정도 걸렸네요.. 아침식사도 간편하지만 나름 괜찮았네요.. 다음에도 이용하고 싶네요.. 만족합니다..

딱 적당한 곳
Pros:

숙박 기간 동안 계속 비가 왔지만 룸에서 곰팡이 냄새가 계속 나았어요. 위치는 독수리 전망대 까지 걸어서 10분 안 걸려서 시내로 나갈때 보통은 걸어 다녔어요. 금강산 북한 식당이 길 건너 있어 12시 까지 가기도 좋구여. 물은 제공 되지 않지만 식당 정수기에서 떠올수 있고 에메니티 용품은 챙겨 가는게 나을 듯. 식당에 벤딩 머신도 있네요. 아 세탁실이 있어 세탁 가능해요

Pros:

프론트 직원이 친절한분도 있고 그렇지않은분도있었다.
객실자체가 방음이 잘안된다.
샤워실에 선반이없어서 불편하고 엄청깨끗하지는않다.
조식서비스가 있는데 아주맛있는정도는아니고 그냥그저그렇다.
주변에 편의시설이라던지 관광할거리는 거의없다.
항상 택시를 타고 시내로 나가야했다.
싼가격에 안전하게 머물었다.

バスに慣れたらアクセス快適！
Pros:

市街中心地からは距離があります。ウラジオストク駅から歩いたら、登り坂に加えて歩道が反対側にしかなくて横断歩道を何度も渡り実質的な徒歩距離はかなり長かったです。早歩き人間ですが１時間前後を要しました。ホテル側にバス停が複数あるので、バスに慣れたらアクセスは楽です。また鷲の巣展望台には徒歩数分です。
ホテル自体は綺麗で清潔、快適でした。部屋は広めで調度品も良い感じです。スタッフも、愛嬌がよくフレンドリーです。また猫が１匹館内で飼われており、その猫ちゃんがまた人懐っこくてかわいいです。朝食は簡単なものだけですがお洒落な空間で戴くので楽しいです。

施設の写真と実物のギャップが大きい。
朝食の質が残念。
壊れていたり、使えない設備があった。
他の宿泊客や設備の機械音がうるさかった。
スタッフの対応が、惜しい。
私は喫煙者なので部屋の正面が喫煙所で助かった。
部屋はとてもキレイだった。

대체적으로 괜찮았습니다.
Pros:

밤에 조금 추웠습니다. 시트에 좀 머리카락이 있긴 해서 조금 찝찝했지만 대체적으로 깨끗하고 친절했어요.

생각보다 훨씬 좋았어요.
Pros:

건물이 멀리있긴 하지만 깨끗하고 아늑했어요. 다만 화장실에서 어떤 냄새가 계속나더라구요. 택시만 탄다면 또 올수있을거 같아요. 그런데 리모델링을 하는지 오전부터 시끄러웠어요ㅠㅠ 번화가가 아니지만 근처에 금강산 식당과 사진찍는곳이 있어 좋았어요.(이름이 생각안남 ㅠ)
