Pros:

The valets were awesome! Front desk staff were welcoming.

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. El lobby muy lindo, buena piscina, el desayuno muy bien, faltan algunas cosas pero cumple. Muy buen hotel.

Fun and loved the poolside bar
Pros:

Close to everything. Valet parking. The pool and hot tub.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub open at 6. We went down there at 7 and staff were still cleaning. The hot tub was cold. I don’t know what was going on but we were looking forward to the hot tub that morning so was very disappointed.

We got upgraded to a nice suite.

Cons:

We arrived around 2pm. Waited till 4 to check in but then was told multiple times our room wasn't ready yet so we had to keep getting in line. We eventually got upgraded to a beautiful suite.

Great place to stay in Nashville
Pros:

The shower temperature and water pressure was excellent. The room was nice and the view of the pool was a bonus.
The workout facility was excellent with lots of equipment and weights. Location was great and near lots of restaurants and entertainment. Breakfast had lots of choices with a coffee bar. The security to get into the building and to your floor was comforting to know safety was a priority. Overall, it was a great experience.

Cons:

The front desk was located on the 6th floor which was odd. The price of the overnight parking was absolutely ridiculous since we were staying there and did not have an option.

Front Desk Staff is Exceptional
Pros:

We received exceptional service from Gaby at the front desk! Our flight was cancelled and we had to adjust our reservations for our trip. We had waited for over 30 minutes on hold with central reservations and were getting no where. We called the hotel directly and Gaby was able to help us within a minute. When we arrived a day later, Gaby remembered our family and was there the entire weekend. She checked in regularly to make sure our stay was going well. Extremely kind and outstanding attention to detail! We will look for her during our next stay.
