Es gab einen Aussenparkplatz, das Personal war ok.
Das Zimmer war schrecklich. Alt keine liebe . Schreckliche Ausstattung, wen man aus dem Fenstern sah, direkt an eine Wand. Das Zimmer kostete 250.- , absolut überrissen.
Am Gummirand an der Badewanne hat sich Schimmel gebildet.
Habe es gemeldet, hatten aber nichts anderes mehr frei. Kein entgegen kommen. Man wird an der Rezeption nicht gefragt ob man Hilfe mit dem Gepäck möchte. Das einzige was ich zuhören bekam, das Frühstück koste dann extra.

Die Lage war wunderbar, unkompliziert zu erreichen von der Autobahn. Wir bekamen im Hotel kostenlose Tickets für den ÖPNV und die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, nur 10 Minuten dann in die Innenstadt.
Das Zimmer war schön groß, aber etwas altmodisch .
Wir hatten Pech mit Zimmer 21 zur Straße - sehr früh morgens hörbar der Verkehr.
Schade, dass man uns kein anderes Zimmer gegeben hat, denn das Hotel war bei weitem nicht ausgebucht.
Die Frühstückspreise waren uns viel zu hoch.
Es gibt einen Bäcker 5 Min. fußläufig vom Hotel.

Ricarica elettrica prospettata non disponibile. Spazi comuni trascurati. Doccia scomoda e getto d’acqua non funzionali. Struttura con una sua storia ma andrebbe ristrutturata e valorizzata.

Sehr komfortables Zimmer (Jazz-Suite) und komfortable Betten. Als regelmässiger Jazz-Suiten Besucher kenne ich die anderen Zimmer nicht. Mit den Suiten und der Einrichtung bin ich aber sehr zufrieden (ausser dem fehlenden Wasserkocher).
Die Küche hat qualitativ ein bisschen nachgelassen. Die Speisen waren früher etwas raffinierter und zum Frühstück konnte man bisher auch ein Omelett bestellen, das ging diesmal leider nicht. Da hatte ich mir als langjähriger Gast für die Feier eines runden Geburtstags etwas mehr erhofft. Frühstückspersonal sehr freundlich aber unbeholfen, nicht geschult und überfordert.
