Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit Restaurant, Garten und Aussicht, Parkplatz und Nahverkehr.
Pros:

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer und des gesamten Hotels ist sehr originell, das Frühstück war umfangreich und schmackhaft. Vom Restaurant bzw. Frühstücksraum hat man eine herrliche Sicht auf die Stadt und die Berge.
Man kann vor dem Hotel parken und direkt gegenüber mit dem Bus in die Stadt fahren und natürlich auch zurück.

Cons:

Wir mussten die Möbel etwas umstellen, da wir 2 Koffer hatten, die man nur schwierig unterbringen konnte.
Beim Frühstück hätte man uns auf die unterschiedlichen Kategorien aufmerksam machen können. Das haben wir erst beim Bezahlen registriert. Das Frühstück war ziemlich teuer, aber sehr gut.
Leider konnten wir den Jazzkeller nicht kennenlernen, da während unseres Aufenthaltes keine Veranstaltungen stattfanden. Aber das wussten wir vorher. Bei der Abrechnung am Abreisetag wurde uns das Frühstück für einen Tag doppelt berechnet, was wir erst während der Weiterreise bemerkten und es sofort mitteilten. Wir warteten dann lange auf eine Antwort und es dauerte auch ziemlich lange, bis wir den Betrag erstattet bekamen.

מלון טוב ונקי, עם צוות אדיב ומאוד עוזר. החדרים נוחים והמלון ממוקם באזור טוב. מאוד הערכנו גם את הכיבוד של פירות ומים שהמלון מספק. ממש מול המלון יש תחנת אוטובוס, וממנה ניתן להגיע למרכז העיר תוך כמה דקות. מאוד נהנינו מהשהייה, ואם נחזור לברן, בהחלט נבחר להתארח במלון הזה שוב. תודה רבה על האירוח הנפלא!

A very good and clean hotel with friendly and extremely helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is located in a good area. We also really appreciated the complimentary fruit and water provided by the hotel . There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and the bus takes you to the city center in just a few minutes. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we return to Bern, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

It is a unique hotrel. Old style, jazz music oriented. Huge surrounding grounds with Bern view. Air conditioning.

Charming, well located boutique hotel with wonderful friendly staff!
Pros:

Very charming and unusual, if somewhat elegantly dated! Comfortable and quiet, frequent bus service into the Old Town. Amazing Jazz venue which has International renown. Wonderful staff who could not be more helpful. Family owned for decades. Superb breakfast with local and home made breakfast.

Cons:

restaurant wasn’t busy.

A very charming unique place to stay in Bern.
Pros:

The staff was unusually cordial and helpful. The Jazz theme of the place was interesting and added character. The gardens looking out to the city was also a great amenity.

Cons:

The bus line serving the hotel was re-routed, and the hotel didn't let us know. We came back late at night and had to walk a ways from the re-routed line.
