Pros:

В целом неплохо за эти деньги. Очень портит впечатление очень шумный канализационный насос в туалете. Плюс между номерами плохая шумоизоляция (но эта болячка у многих бюджетных гостиниц)

Pros:

The staff was nice, reason why I feel bad making the following comment, but for others, I am afraid I have to report that none of the staff speak any word of English, French or German. However they manage to help me call a taxi. But the main sanity problem is that this very small room, although clear, had no window and no way to get fresh air. To avoid feeling suffocating, I finally decided to keep on during the whole night the light of the bathroom which triggered the air extractor of the toilet. So, I would like to recommend stating explicitly that this "hotel" is a sub-standard one.

Pros:

The main reason for my low grade is that the hotel location was misrepresented in Expedia description. It was described as located near Teatralnaya Metro Station, which is downtown area. In reality, it is 15 minutes walk from Avtozavodskaya Station, next to the 3rd Transport Circle. It is an inconvenient location for someone who needs to be downtown daily.

Also, the hotel is, in fact, a redesigned retail location. Internal walls are thin and not sound proof. My bathroom was so tiny that the bathroom door could not have been fully opened, as it wouldn't clear a sink. A shower stall was leaking.

Pros:

The hotel was nice nice and offers excellent amenities. The shower, however, leaked water in my room and the floor and water damage from previous usage.
