The view was amazing we loved it and yes the pool was huge and amazing if we ever go back to Miami we will definitely will be staying there thank you so much for everything our experience was amazing
I would not recommend this location because nothing is discussed ahead of time. Everything is discussed at the time of arrival so you’re not given the option of not staying there every night there was airplanes that was loud and we could not sleep. They did not tell you ahead of time about the parking that you have to pay for it. Everything was thrown at you at the last minute, which is not fair to the customers to spend that kind of money is ridiculous if you’re not aware of the cost
Quite highrise downtown overlooking the port and bisquane bay and miami beach to the left aswell as buildings all around loved the views. Great pool area. Clean. Walkable 10 min walk to anything you would want to eat or shop at
Location was great
Really loved the property stayed on the 44 floor with balcony. Great view, Construction is happening so it is noisy mornings at times but nevertheless great view. Amenities were perfect the onsite spa is really relaxing. overall host was really efficient and if you have a vehicle they do accommodate parking if available. Will be booking again for every miami stay.
The unit is very nice, location is very accessible to restaurants and a grocery and the amenities is excellent! highly recommended! the staff are very friendly and easily available for any questions or concerns.
Great walking distance, beautiful views
It’s as beautiful as the photos. Great views of the city.
The room was very cute, had a sofa, nice tv, kitchen , comfortable bed and bathroom. I loved the balcony and sat out there w wine or coffee It was great location in Brikell and they have some free transport in area to go to local spots. I also used ubers.
some things were scratched /broken but not suprising w a lot of rental traffic

No issues at all.
Maintenance entered the apartment without my permission to fix a plumbing issue. The check in process was ridiculous and needed to be done before 8:00pm or there was an additional charge. This was several signatures with nothing explained plus copies of everyone’s ID that was staying in the apartment and mugshots. It took another 20 minutes to get a pool pass which required a mugshot and they made yet another copy of my ID. Parking was an additional $120. Lots of long lady hairs from previous guests floating around the apartment. Plumbing issues. Cleaning lady entered the apartment without knocking 30 minutes before check out and had an attitude. The pictures they post are of several different apartments that they own, so you never know what you’re going to get. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Check-in day, Lobby guy. He was not helpfull when i had a issue with key password. I have to figure it myself out. Host was good. Property was old, need a good renovation.

Wish the pool staff were more relaxed and allowed toys in the pool for kids
