В районе железнодорожного вокзала - лучший вариант
Pros:

Очень хороший отель, совсем близко к вокзалу. Выглядит изнутри, как новый, хотя ему вроде уже как 5 лет.
До автовокзала 10 минут на такси.
Всё в очень хорошем состоянии, номера очень комфортны.
Завтрак более чем достаточный, выбор из нескольких вариантов.
