Es un hotel boutique precioso, un caserón de dos plantas convertido en hotel. Las habitaciones son enormes y el baño también. Dispone de un patio trasero donde descansar o desayunar, además de un baño para los huéspedes. La zona es maravillosa, súper tranquila y elegante y cerca de todo. El personal fue muy amable también.
El desayuno podría ser mejor. Viene en una cajita de cartón tipo lonchera. Esto, entiendo, es porque el hotel no dispone de cocina.
Me encantó lo amplia que era la habitación y el baño.
La cama comodísima.
La ubicación es una maravilla estamos a 20 minutos andando de la calle plaka y cerca de todo.
Aunque estábamos en el subsuelo ,la habitación daba a una terraza del hotel por lo que no se oía nada ni a nadie de la calle y eso es una maravilla.
El desayuno algo básico venía en una caja y tenía zumo ,dos barritas de chocolate, un sándwich de mayonesa , jamón york y queso y un yogur griego con crispies.
Estábamos en el subsuelo,es algo que nosotros no estamos acostumbrados y se nos hace raro.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w przyjemniej dzielnicy Kolonaki, bardzo blisko Akademii Ateńskiej. Bardzo miły personel. Pokój przytulny i ładny.

Great location in Kolonaki away from the crowds, close to good restaurants and some lovely sights. Room was a great size (loads of space for luggage etc) and very clean.
The property is looking a little tired, especially the outside space which was disappointing and not representative of the photos. The coffee machine was also problematic and only 2 pods per day. However, it was the breakfast that really surprised us, and not in a good way. It was simply a cardboard box of mass produced items delivered to our room. Standard tub yogurt, a sandwich with cheap fillings, bottled juice & a banana. Coffee or tea is not provided. This is a far cry from the ‘gourmet breakfast’ the hotel advised it was providing. The sandwich was so bad we bought croissants and freshly brewed coffee at a local nearby bakery each morning.
Incredible
It was very quiet place middle of Athen city. 10 to 15 minutes to tourist happening places. Many bakery and restaurants near by. Nice area to experience - more like real Athen people living area than tourist take over.
And this hotel room I had.( Garden access) fantastic.
I really enjoyed the space. Big room with big airy bathroom. The Garden is for all the guests but close 9pm so night time is quiet.
No elevator so if you have lots of heavy luggage like us would be not so convenient but I don’t mind to go back. Because I really like the room.
And I wish they have black out curtains in room. Garden lights quite bright all night and the curtains are vertical thin and white so would be very nice if they change the curtains to blackout.

Everything was perfect !
The location and size of the rooms were wonderful. Also the bathrooms were very luxurious.
We had an early flight and breakfast was not available to us. There is a new trend in hotels where there are no off hour staff. I am not a fan of this as it takes away from the hotel experience and makes it into more of an AirBnb experience. I understand it is cost effective especially for small hotels.

tolle Lage, zentral und ruhig. Grosses Zimmer und Bad. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Nur geringfügige Kleinigkeiten: ich hatte das Zimmer gegenüber der Rezeption, später an- oder abreisende Gäste kann man hören.
Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Gute, geschmackvolle Ausstattung, viel Platz im Zimmer und im Bad. Angenehm kühler Innenhof
Frühstück in der Box, Kaffeemaschine sollte ersetzt werden
