E' stato tutto perfetto! Ci torneremo sicuramente!
Pros:

Hotel provvisto di ogni comfort, piscina bellissima, colazione e cena ottime!
Per i bimbi un paradiso: la piscina ha uno scivolo, c'è una stanza giochi molto bella e a cena c'è ogni sera un menu dedicato a loro (Avendo due bimbi piccoli, 1 e 3 anni, abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto).
Posizione fantastica: tantissime camminate per ogni esigenza, panorama splendido... ci torneremo sicuramente!

Perfect romantic stay for a couple that deserves a few relaxing days off from their kids :)
Pros:

Everything was great, we loved the pool - an option to relax after hiking during the day, there were saunas too. The room was nice, with a lovely view of the lake. There were other thing to do like table tennins, etc.
The Turracher Hohe pass is a beautiful place, with easy walks around the magical lakes. We did some harder ones too, with a brisk 1.5h walk you can rise to over 2 100 meters with sights over the area and mountains. (btw. there is a lift that will get you to one of these.)
The dinner and breakfast were great. Staff was very nice and helpful. Make sure to stay overnight from Sat to Sun. There was live music in the bar. Breakfast options include various eggs, one kind of sausage, porrige or some muesli, yoghurts, jams, breads, spreads, vegetables and more. Dinners offer 3 options for main dishes, great soup and selection of vegetables/salad with sauses/oils/vinegars. And a desert - we had tiramisu, mascarpone thing and special Austrian "broken pancakes", all delicious and well deserved after a day of hiking. :)
Along the restaurant seating are windows with view of the lake, really beautiful and makes you feel luxurious and romantic.
Overall we had a great stay, definitely recommend.

Pros:

Nagyon közel van minden, csodás a panoráma. Névre szóló Butler Card jár minden vendégnek, amivel a Panorama bahn ingyenes, a bob pedig fél áron használható napi egyszer. Ezt kérni kell a recepción, nem adják oda automatikusan.

Cons:

Parkolóhelyet csak előre lehet foglalni, furcsa, hogy a vendégeknek nem jár a szobához, mégha feláras is. Asztalfoglalást előre jeleztem, de nem tudták garantálni a 6 fős asztalt... Végülis sikerült, ám az étterem legeldugottabb sarkában. Ebből kifolyólag többet kellett várni a felszolgálásra.

Urlaub war sehr schön das Personal sehr aufmerksam besonders die Damen an der Rezeption.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt.
Die Wege zu den Seilbahnen sind kurz für Alt und Jung gut erreichbar.
Das Zimmer,der Wellnesbereich sind sehr schön und Modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen der außen Bereich (Zufahrt,Optik des Gebäudes ist nicht sehr sehenswert.)Die Hotels in der näheren Umgebung passen besser zur Umgebung.
Das Panorama Hotel ähnelt einem Krankenhaus aus den 80igern.
