Pros:

View from our room was stunning.
Mr Chang looked after us going beyond expectation. As tired cyclists, and no restaurant open in the hotel he offered to drive us somewhere for dinner. Very much appreciated.

住宿位置十分優秀，就在日月潭一上山的位置，要去右邊的水社碼頭或左邊的伊達邵都很方便，下午大廳有點心還有眾多滷味供人享用，讓舟車勞頓的人能先填飽肚子這點很用心，一看出去就是日月潭風景十分美麗，大廳接待人員也很和善，我要check out的時候想說順便買兩瓶水直接算我免費。

房間太舊了，嬰兒床是壞的，看起來睡起來不舒服，我2歲兒子只能跟媽媽擠同一張床睡了

地點非常好，工作人員有非常友善。晚上還提供宵夜，非常貼心。

地點非常好！房間即可飽覽湖光山色。工作人員很友善，我們連住兩晚，還直接幫我們升級到較大的房間。

Cons:

房間的陳設比想象中陳舊，插座這麼大的房間只有一處。

Overall a pleasant stay thanks to the staff proactively fixing our room problems.
Pros:

The front desk staff had an excellent attitude and handled the issue efficiently and professionally. The breakfast selection was quite generous. The lake view from the room was absolutely stunning — truly beyond words!

Cons:

The room in the old building was very outdated. The floor tiles were cracked and even loose. After we reported the issue to the front desk, they proactively assisted us and upgraded our entire family to two rooms in the new building beside each other with two double beds.
