Aufgepasst, welches Appartment man wirklich zugeteilt bekommt.
Pros:

Lage und Parkmöglichkeit sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Fotos täuschen. Das Appartment was uns zugeteilt wurde, hat nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das "Einzelzimmer" ist als Abstellkammer zu beurteilen und ich habe mich geschämt meinen Sohn dort schlafen zu lassen. Im Zimmer und beim Hauseingang hat es "begrünte" Wände, die einen störenden Geruch abgeben. Dusche auf zwei Seiten offen ist weder hygiensch noch praktisch, insbesondere wenn man als Familie unterwegs ist.

Very large and well set up apartment in the centre of the city. Very close to all sites and amenities.

As it is on a main street it can be quite noisy at night.

Super beliggenhet og lett tilgjengelig
Pros:

Veldig sentral og med super beliggenhet. Lett å finne frem til og å komme seg inn i. Vi bodde i en leilighet med to soverom. Interessant layout. God oppfølging av utleier. Kjøkkenet er godt utstyrt og hadde alt vi trengte. Stort pluss at det var kaffe og te (til og med melk til te), samt gode dusjprodukter. Gode senger og stille i 5.etasje, selv om den er midt i byen. Hyggelig utsikt utover hustakene i området.

Cons:

Det er ikke dør mellom soverommet på mesaninen og resten av leiligheten. Ikke mye privatliv for to par på tur.
Morsomt med bad inne på rommene (wc er separat i fellesområdet), men upraktisk med tanke på fuktighet og fordi den eneste dusjen (badekar på soverom 2) var på soverom 1. Det var muggflekker som burde fikses. Renholdet var jevnt bra.

It was a very convenient place to stay for exploring Luxembourg on foot.
Pros:

The location is just perfect. It is right in the city centre. You can come in for a quick nap in the afternoon.

Perfect om Luxemburg-stad te verkennen
Pros:

CAB Ap'art is bijzonder goed gelegen als men Luxemburg stad wil verkennen. Het appartement is niet heel praktisch, maar alles was in orde en het was proper. Men kan niet parkeren voor het appartement. Daarom reden we naar de parking in de buurt Royal Hamilius. Gelukkig had Frederic voor ons een plaats gereserveerd in een nog korter bij gelegen (goedkopere) parking. Dus, eerst pas ophalen in het appartement en dan parkeren in de andere parking. Was wat omslachtig, maar het ging en dan pal in het centrum van Luxemburg verblijven, maakt alles goed.

La situation géographique exceptionnelle en plein coeur du centre ville de Luxembourg. La modernité de l'appartement, sa fonctionnalité et sa propreté.

Le bruit très tôt le matin des camions venant réapprovisionner les magasins du centre ville.

De locatie is perfect. Heel centraal gelegen. Ook de service is heel goed. Het was geen enkel probleem om een uur eerder in te checken en met het parkeren werd ook met ons meegedacht.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Enig minpuntje is dat de planten wand niet meer zo is als op de foto's en dat oogt minder.
