Need improvement in communication, way of approach to to customer and explaining the things.

We have not done the Breakfast

Cons:

Rooms are very small as shown in website. Family cannot accommodate in this small size room. I have booked two rooms & and extended one room for the next couple of hours in the same check out day (i.e. for only 4 to 5 hours) they have taken full night charge and after that I have paid all the charges. But, room boys come & seeing that you have to check out and your time is over. I have explaining the things, but he has not ready to understand. When I have paid the full nigh charges and concerned Manager has not informed correctly to ground staff. When I have taken this matter to concerned whom I have interacted, he was taken this matter very lightly. It is very embarrassing moment for my self and my family.
