Way to go Maggie Steigerwald !!!
Pros:

We stayed at AC Nashville. Maggie Steigerwald made our experience absolute incredible. Her customer service skills by far top notch and for that reason we want to make this an annual trip bringing along family and friends as a result.

Disappointed Combo Hotel
Pros:

This hotel is a combo with the Residence Inn and Springhill. It distracts from the AC Brand. They even share a pool which is extremely crowded and always shaded by surrounded buildings. The valet area is a mess and unorganized. I was glad we didn't park there. The front desk is on the 6th floor. The lady at checkin lied to me and told me I was on a high floor when I asked. It was 10 and it was on one of their lower floors. We went to the room and it was still being cleaned. We had to drag luggage back to the desk and the manager then gave us a room on 21. The room is clean but the noise from the pool is loud. The location is easy to walk to Broadway. I would not stay here again due to the chaos.

Great Downtown Nashville Hotel
Pros:

My husband and I traveled to Nashville for our first time with another couple. We all truly enjoyed Nashville and our stay at this hotel which is just a short walk to the honky tonks on Broadway. We didn't realize that the 3 hotels seem to share the same building. We loved our king suite rooms with the kitchen (full-size fridge, dishwasher and 2 burner stove top) and sitting area. Stephanie and Daryl at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. This was an excellent hotel choice!

Pool & rooftop bar 🥂
Pros:

This is such a great hotel. We’ve been in Nashville several times, but having a rooftop pool and a rooftop bar makes the stay all the better. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The air-conditioning worked great. The rooftop bar service is really good. Our bartender Youssef made us the best espresso martinis. They make their espresso martinis with actual espresso. They also offer live music at the rooftop on bar certain days of the week. If you’re looking to host a private party, the rooftop bar and indoor or outdoor would be great. If you’re traveling with a group of people, I recommend renting one of the cabanas at the pool. Space is limited at the Paul, so the cabana is the way to go.
