Noisy toilet all of our trip. Used 6th floor most of the time

Clean, convenient

Cons:

Toilet very noisy and acting up for hours. The manager sent Help and they finally came after several hours and a second call. Much better, Never completely fixed it, still noisy.

This place is a joke! And a total disaster that apparently only cares about stealing your money!
Cons:

We arrived and had to use valet and were told we had no other option which was $60 a night which we were double charged for! None of the staff communicates with one another! We had fraudulent charges on our bill and their solution was to check receipts and cameras! We had to pay $200 in incident fees when we arrived that we were not informed about a head of time. We were told they would just be put on hold until we checked out and then it would be refunded and we were not refunded! We spoke with 10 different people about my card trying to be charged for something I already paid for… who were no help and did not communicate with each other as they said they would notate the information on our profile so it wouldn’t happen again and it continued to happen 6 times! We were charged $50 something dollars for a restaurant bill when we NEVER even went to the restaurant!

Some staff not very friendly. The $18 breakfast was no better than any free breakfast at Holiday Inn. Coffee in the lobby was put away too early.

Great location - can walk to Broadway

Cons:

I was traveling with my 3 teen children - without notification when checking in, I received a additional $50 charge for having 3 children with me in a double queen room. I would understand if there was free breakfast provided or if any additional services were provided beyond what was included, but there was not. It was pretty unprofessional that the charge was not revealed while checking in.

Enjoyed the location and comfort.
Pros:

Mainly the location, is just 1 block from the museum and 3 blocks from Broadway. The room had a good size and the bed was comfortable. Loved the pillows. The cleaning service was excellent and worked everyday including Sundays.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better, and the free coffee at the lobby was gone at 10am, would be better if it is available through 2pm. The entrance to the hotel is not walking friendly when you are arriving since it is through the garage and shared with 2 other hotels.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Breakfast Service!
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. But the real highlight was the breakfast. Absolutely delicious with a great variety of options, fresh ingredients, and perfect presentation.

A special star goes to the girls who worked in the breakfast area. They were exceptional! Always smiling, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their energy and hospitality made every morning a pleasure!

We would stay again for sure but wish the drinks were more affordable and the bars stayed open longer.

I loved the vibe of this hotel. It smelled so good. Valet was great. The bathrooms were so clean. We had a great time.

The prices of drinks and food from hotel bars and hotels. They also closed really early.

The only issue I had was the outside noise while I was trying to sleep. Sirens were sounding every 5-10 minutes all night.
