Pros:

The pool

Cons:

Having to go up to the 6th floor to check in. The sliding door for the bathroom was difficult to use. The cable TV channels and wifi lagged so much that you couldn't really use them. No microwave.

Pros:

We went to the Rooftop Bar and we had the best bartender, Youssef!! He made the best Expresso Martini’s! Plus, his personality was so welcoming and genuine. It made for a great first night in Nashville!

Most incredible, professional customer service from Jae
Pros:

Jae went above and beyond helping me with the most complicated check-in (complicated on my end) - she handled this situation with the most extreme professionalism and I could not have asked for a kinder and more professional experience. She was incredible, patient and efficient.

We rented a Cabana for my friends 40th birthday and Corey C was our server! Despite how busy he was ,he was very attentive to our large group! Extremely friendly and accommodating! Thank you for everything !

Hidden gem rooftop!!

Friendly and excellent service.
Pros:

I arrived early from Charleston in Nashville. I had not been here in over 10 years. My friend made the reservation for us and was gonna join us later.
I was gonna take a chance and see if they had a room available for an early check in.
I was greeted by a friendly Valet (Blonde hair but did not catch his name).
Jenny (I assume housekeeping showed me the way to the front desk).
I was greeted by Ayreanna ( I think that was her name - forgive me for the spelling), tall girl whom exemplified what customer service should be.
I worked for Starwood for 15 years and I always appreciate when someone goes above and beyond to accommodate my request. Especially in this day and age where we downsize customer service for AI etc.
