Navigating the menu can sometimes be a challenge, but Kimberly's expertise truly shone. She gave us fantastic, spot-on advice on the regional and contemporary dishes, helping us curate a wonderful dining experience. Every single recommendation she made exceeded our expectations—the food was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, and bursting with flavor.
Great food is one thing, but exceptional service is what turns a good meal into a memorable one. Kimberly is an incredible asset to the team at Aloft Lima. If you dine here, make sure to ask for her section—you are guaranteed top-tier hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The location is excellent — convenient and easy to get around from. But what really stood out was the hospitality. Every single staff member was kind, welcoming, and helpful.
The breakfast deserves a special mention — honestly the best spread I've ever seen. And a shout-out to Renato, one of the breakfast servers, who was absolutely outstanding. Attentive, friendly, and going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with great pillows and a cozy blanket that made for a restful night. The gym was a nice bonus.
All in all, fantastic value for money. We'd happily return and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Miraflores Lima. The hotel is comfortable, and perfectly located in Miraflores. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very welcoming, but Gabriel deserves a special mention. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. La seguridad es excelente y no puede entrar cualquiera a los diferentes pisos del hotel.
La piscina tenìa temperatura regulada y bajo techo. Tambien tiene la facilidad para personas con impedimento (elevador y silla).
El cuarto era espacioso y con una bonita vista del piso 9.
Volveremos en diciembre.
No nos gustò el que no nos podimos quedar màs dìas.
