Very good service with Nataly
Wxyz cafe staff was amazing. Always on top of everything. Very accommodating with requests and always very efficient. Our waiter for the breakfast buffet, Renato, is very helpful and always attended to what we needed. Speaks very good english and is polite and helpful. The food was really good as well! I loved the detox juices particularly.
Excellent location with many restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable rooms and great service.
The Amenities and Staff where incredible! We were celebrating my wife birthday and they did our stay unforgettable. The room was really comfy, the breakfast was incredible, changing every day with different typical peruvian food. The indoor pool was really comfy with temperature water to enjoy.
Nothing, everything was great! The only thing that its worth mention its the bathroom, they have a "open concept" bathroom with glass doors for the showever and bathroom without an actual door that separate the space with the room, this might be unconfortable for some people.
We stayed at the Aloft Lima for two nights. The room with the king-size bed was convenient, and the hotel's location was also convenient, a short walk to the Malecon and Kennedy Park.
Everything at Aloft was excellent. Service was amazing. Rooms were very cleaned. Maribel was amazing and the gentlemen on our 8th floor. Very educated and friendly. I will be coming back to Aloft.

Excelente location. Walking distance to a lot of places in Miraflores. The staff was very pleasant, friendly and attentive. Rooms are always spotless, Victor keep our room very nice, never forget details. Excellent customer service staff.

Great stay overall! The bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure and a modern feel. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and everything fresh and well presented.
