It was the ideal place for us for our visit to Tiruvanamalai. Enjoyed the stay!
Pros:

Very friendly, helpful, and hospitable staff. Clean and well maintained property. Wonderful view of Arunachala from the Queen room.

Cons:

Bathroom design could be better. Walking through the wet bathing area to get to the WC is not optimal and there can be the risk of slipping.

Nothing much. But ambience was good. Staff are cordial and co-operative.

Cons:

For the tariff charged/paid, comforts were little. Lift didn't work consecutively for 3 days putting elderly, guests with knee problems etc. to lots of inconvenience. Hot water did not come in our rooms necessiating our complaints to the reception desk. Restaurant has lot to improve with availability of food items to guests. Now it is limited.
I may not wish to stay at this property in future.
