I booked the hotel. They’re Booking.com and thought I had paid for everything. Once I got there, they charged multiple other fees that were not disclosed in the initial booking of the hotel. The sheets were also not clean, the TV in the room did not work, and the AC unit was incredibly loud.

everything is like a spa experience especially the bath products. the rooms are cozy and just big enough. I like that you have to have your key card to get beyond the first floor.
