need a key card past the first floor.
Pros:

everything is like a spa experience especially the bath products. the rooms are cozy and just big enough. I like that you have to have your key card to get beyond the first floor.

Cons:

the price of the rooms had gone up a little bit. and the hallway where our room was located was hot like the air conditioner was broken.

We slept like a dream. Incredibly comfortable.
Pros:

We were there for a medical procedure and there were nice places to hang out besides the room

Cons:

Neighborhood is pretty basic, but it was perfect for being near the hospital hospitals

The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and it was conveniently close to my daughter’s house. Price was reasonable for

Convenient location, clean, comfortable bed, easy to park, breakfast included.

Cons:

Parking costs $20 extra, even though you aren’t in downtown and you park yourself. Breakfast was included but wasn’t that good, not many healthy choices. But there is a Starbucks just across the parking lot where you can get better coffee. Since we were on the second floor we tried taking the closest stairwell and the door at the bottom was locked! Not sure what we would have done in the event of a fire.

Excellent staff & great value
Pros:

The staff are all amazing! Our favorite is Brandon - He went above and beyond for us!

Cons:

Nothing. The breakfast time was too late for us. Our event was early morning.
