Pros:

Вежливый, заботливый персонал ! Белоснежное постельное белье ! Отличный завтрак ! Атмосфера уюта и тишины. Рекомендуем!!!

Хороший отель, но нужно подтянуть сервис...
Pros:

Хороший новенький отель, с неплохим расположением и комфортными номерами. Отдельный плюс за кровать и постельное белье, очень хорошие и удобные не как часто бывает у нас самое дешевое с китайского рынка.
Если бы не ужасный сервис все было бы отлично. К сотрудникам ресепшен вопросов нет, они свою работу делают. А вот все остальные... горничных всего 2 на всю гостиницу, приехали в 14 15, а номер не готов... то что 2 горничных гостей это никак не должно касаться, хорошо что хоть выехать разрешили позже. Пришли в ресторан, вместо 25 минут как обещали, кормили 1.5 часа... по итогу ушли не дождавшись часть заказа... официанка постоянно обманывала со временем.... если бы она сразу сказала, что готовить будут 1.5 часа мы бы даже садиться не стали... и это мы были одни в ресторане, хорошо напротив есть неплохой ресторан где можно вкусно и быстро покушать даже при полной посадке, ужинать пошли туда. В обшем сама гостиница понравилась, но обслуживание и ресторан просто хуже некуда...
