You get what you pay for…Bring Clorox wipes and Lysol to disinfect

Spacious room, lobby spotless, staff helpful

Hotel laundry - app difficult to use and requires a lot of personal info to use then the machine was moldy and did not operate properly—no sudz and little water despite adding extra detergent and running 2xs

Hotel Room - did not appear clean = had to purchase Clorox wipes and Lysol to wipe down and spray all— door, door handles, and all surface tops in room as well as vinyl furniture, bedding cover. And sheets didn’t appear fresh wrinkled and black piece of hair when pulled down covers to go to bed. Floors don’t appear clean,, not sure if they were mopped, and shower floor slimy. Room needs a deep clean.
Good price through Booking.com and 20 minutes from location needed to attend which is why I chose this hotel.

I liked that the property was spacious, clean, and had a clean bathroom and surroundings.

Cons:

Very noisy, especially from the room above and in the hallway or next to us , which made the stay uncomfortable. Also, after I had already checked in and paid in full, the front desk repeatedly asked me about making another payment, which was frustrating and has happened more than once.

Comfortable, spacious, easy stay.
Pros:

Great location right off of the freeway and yet still quiet. Just a quick drive to downtown Nashville and within easy walking distance of a couple of restaraunts and coffee.
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast offered a good selection of warm and cold foods. The staff were all friendly and accomodating. The price was very good and the room was spacious.

Cons:

There were a few stains on the hallway carpets, but that is to be expected of a place with lots of people coming and going. There was no water on tap 24/7, but there were complementary water bottles available for guests.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The sheets were absolutely filthy and did not look or feel like they had been properly cleaned or changed. The hallway was also dirty and poorly maintained. Cleanliness is the bare minimum you should expect when paying for a hotel room, and this hotel fell far below that standard.

I would not recommend staying here unless management takes immediate steps to address the cleanliness and maintenance issues. Guests deserve a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
