All kind of food reserved was perfect we were so satisfied with it , chef Mahmoud was really professional, Mr. Samy and Mr. Montaser front desk (Reception) were really so professional and helpful. Also all stuff we meet there were so polite and professional.

we had a good stay
Pros:

We had a great stay! The kids loved it, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that there wasn’t a microwave in the kitchen . it would be really useful, especially for families with small children who need to warm milk or food.

Cons:

No microwave in the kitchen .
Some staff members were looking at people while they were eating in the dining hall, especially at ladies who prefer more privacy.

It was dirty. Many broken facilities water slides, remote control, clothes rack etc. The whole place was in need of redecorating and all fixtures need replacing I’m glad we only booked for one night.

The elevators smelled like oil.
There were long hair strands scattered in the room.
I could see a couple of stains on the couch.
There was a red dot on the bed sheets.
The toilet seat looked used and abused.
