The location of the beach and the lovely entertainment staff at night despite very limited activities

Cons:

The bathroom is very old , the food not very good , I booked 2 room but the staff show me very bad unclean room then they change it to better one but with single room no refund as the booking u refundable

The food was great, fresh and tasted really good. And there were a variety of meat, chicken and fish. Not so much on deserts.

Cons:

The hotel is extremely old, the staff is not friendly at all, they don't speak or offer help unless spoken to, the facilities are terrible, the bathroom smelled, the refrigerator wasn't working, the sofa bed was broken, one of the 2 bedrooms had no AC access, we had to call the front desk each day to request towels as we were 4 in a 2 bedrooms room and they only equipped it with 2 towels and 2 tea cups only

A moderate quality one-night escape from Cairo !

Cons:

I’ve booked a garden view 2 bedroom chalet, but as we arrived the receptionist told us that we can upgrade for a sea view but with 1 bedroom as it contains a couch that could be a bed, I knew that they lied to me the main purpose was to downgrade to a 1 bedroom instead if 2-bedroom suite, as it’s cheaper, the couch was broken I couldn’t sleep all the night
Hotel furniture needs maintenance, tap water was salty ! , restaurant quality was low for hygiene and food variety

إقامة جيدة ومناسب للعائلات
Pros:

اعجبنا الشاطئ الرملي كما ان المطعم متنوع والخدمة جيدة وموقع الفندق قريب من طريق القاهرة .

Cons:

عدم وجود مواقف سيارات بالفندق كما انهم ابلغونا ان مواقف السيارات امام الفندق بالخارج هي للملاك فقط وكان علينا انزال الشنط ثم ايقاف السيارة في الشارع المؤدي للفندق .
