Convenient location to Baylor University. A couple minutes walk
It’s just slightly off the main drive and quiet.

We stay here fairly often and will continue to do so. It meets our needs very well when we are in Waco. Thank you.
Pros:

The property and staff never let us down. It is always a pleasant experience. We always enjoy the breakfast also, food is good, service great, and always clean.

Cons:

Rates seem higher but life in general is more expensive.

Pros:

Solid breakfast. Appreciated that it was included in the room cost. Would liked to have seen some additional fruit options like oranges for breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. Really appreciated the staff delivering fresh towels daily without being asked, especially with the 101 plus temperature days. We were moving our Baylor kid into her first apartment. A lot of tiring work and a nice shower at the end of the day with fresh towels daily made our 5-day stay lovely. I think those simple things in that heat really make or break a stay. You nailed it. Thank you!

Cons:

As mentioned above would have liked a few more fruit options for breakfast, but really loved our stay and we will definitely stay there again when visiting our kiddo!

So many Baylor parents. It would have been nice to see a welcome Baylor sign. A suggestion to potentially really drive sales is have a meet and greet Baylor families at the bar each night for a few drinks. Families were already chatting on their own with so much common interest and everyone beamed with pride. A nice little drink for parents to discuss the challenges/excitement at the end of the day would have personalized things and made it more fun. (Just a little suggestion)
