The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was hot and fresh. There are 4 waffle makers, yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins,eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy. There were packets for oatmeal and I believe they also had cereal. They had orange juice and apple juice. The coffee bar was full and the coffee was good also. There was stuff for hot teas and hot chocolate.

Cons:

My employee John Green was to stay the night of 12/22/25-12/23/25 but the reservation was not honored but also charged my card, even though he was forced to pay for the stay himself. The confirmation is 89555EE078917, I want a refund please.

Beautiful Hotel. Great Breakfast. Nice Facilities. Comfortable Bed. Nice Room. Great Location.

Cons:

Immediately we discovered the Toilet did not flush properly. We had to use lobby bathroom the entire stay. Maintenance was not available. Front desk gave us plunger We had to try plunging. Did not work.
