Conveniently located awesome hotel
Pros:

Nice up to date facility with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. It is conveniently located in downtown Waco by Magnolia Silos within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Rude front desk staff made the hotel look bad…will not return!

The location was great. The room was clean.

Cons:

The front desk staff was rude and unfriendly when we checked in. I watched her talk down to the elderly man that checked in right before me. I felt so bad for him because he was being very sweet and she was rude and dismissive. And she was just as unpleasant to me. Then when I went back downstairs a short while after checking in to ask for a few additional linens she gave me a look like I was an idiot and asked me if I had checked for linen in the room because there should already be some. I told her that there was however I needed a few additional things and she rolled her eyes and then grudgingly got up and went to get the few things that I had asked for. She had a nasty attitude and made it clear that I was inconveniencing her. She very negatively affected our impression of the hotel and we got out of there as fast as we could the next morning. We travel frequently and we will not stay at a La Quinta again!

Everything else was great.
Pros:

Everything was good except the TV wouldn’t come on.

Cons:

The evening clerk was not friendly at all. We called and told her the TV wouldn’t come on. She said she would be right up. We waited thirty minutes before my husband called back and she said since we had our Do not disturb sign out she didn’t knock. Obviously we were waiting for her to come up. By that time it was 9:30 and we said forget it.
When we arrived she was not at the front desk. We waited about 5 minutes before she slowly walked out of the kitchen. There was information and room keys laying right there on the desk we could have just picked up.

Tout!
L’accueil, le design de l’hôtel, la propreté, l’emplacement, le petit déjeuner et l’espace extérieur avec le jacuzzi.
Vraiment supérieur par rapport à nos autres expériences avec La Quinta Inn.

Cons:

Rien à redire pour nous. Nous avons tout apprécié.
Nous retenons l’adresse et nous recommandons.

Affordable , easy walking , and great night sleep.
Pros:

Lovely , comfortable beds with great room decor and working microwave and fridge. Big walk in shower, with quality towels. Air conditioning worked great. This hotel is walking distance to Magnolia market. There is a bar in the lobby with great service. Really nice breakfast, with roomy and clean eating area. They even have refillable water bottle station on main floor The pool is half indoor, half outside. I recommend this place !

Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety!
Good Location - near plenty of restaurants and near
many attractions in WACO!
