For a last minute unplanned overnight stay, it was comfortable and reasonable.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Cons:

There were a few aspects of the room that were messy. I recall seeing something spilled on the wall near the bed that had not been cleaned.

Stay was mid at best and was ready to leave shortly after arriving.
Pros:

Location was good with some friendly staff that was caring and understanding. Other staff appeared disgruntled.

Cons:

The pool and spa was a complete let-down. Drove 4 hours to see Baylor campus and was hoping for a swim and hot tub treatment. The pool was green, literally green, not blue as advertised, and the hot tub had chunks of bio hazard floating on top. Came back the next morning only to find nothing has changed at all, not even the chucks floating around in the hot tub. The pillows were thin and worn down. Utterly uncomfortable.

Excellent Service, Breakfast and Room
Pros:

Service was EXCELLENT!! Breakfast was very good!

They were also able to provide pillows that were not feathered.

Forget something? Toothbrush/paste, etc? They have it complementary.

My ONLY problem was their bathroom soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner and body wash. They are all heavily scented for a man. Thankfully they had a bar of their older soap I could use at the sink to wash my hands and I chose not to shower to avoid the shower products.
