Friendly staff, accommodating to all guests' needs. Very safe neighborhood, 20-25 min walk to the Bolshoi Theater and Red Square.

Very clean and friendly staff. Walking distance to Red Square and restaurants. The hotel is hidden in a quite section of Moscow which I liked the most.

Could be a very nice hotel one day. But not yet.
Pros:

Third floor room. No elevator. Several men from hotel management busily talking on their mobiles at reception, none volunteered to help with luggage.

Construction works everywhere around the hotel. Construction noise very loud inside the room, and walking to the tube is an obstacle course, one has to dodge diggers and lorries backing straight at you. To be clear, these are works outside of the hotel, and beyond their control. Materially effected my hotel experience, though.

Room was small, but very clean, and had everything one might need for a short stay. There is no restaurant (or any common area at all) within the hotel, but there is one immediately outside, and others within few min walk.

While centrally located, the small hotel building is off street, and not sign-posted. Finding it is a challenge. Hotel staff told me they opened just four months ago, and did not have time to put up the signs yet, but were planning to do so.
