Hotel Jerzner Hof 4 Sterne Superior

We had a very pleasant stay in this cosy family hotel. Very friendly owners and staff, good food and a big wellness area. We are definately coming back here!

As you can see, I haven't written a Tripadvisor review in a while. This Hotel made me want to write this review. To be honest, I almost don't want people to know about this place, but the owners, the Schultes family, truly deserve to be mentioned for their hard work, their kindness and a level of hospitality that is hard to maintain.

There are many cozy, beautiful Hotels in Tirol, but this one has a special vibe. The attention to detail, the way they treat their guests is next level. The rooms are comfortable, newly renovated and the position of the Hotel allows you to have breathtaking views. It is situated near a Glacier, which you can visit and of course do winter sports.

Food-wise: the food variety is smart, makes you smile and some of the dishes were honestly on pair with many Michelin-style plates I've had in other countries. I've been to many excellent Hotels and the breakfast is were you see the difference between regular/good and outstanding/next level. The Jerzner Hof blew my mind with the breakfast feast. I didn't wanted to get up and just stay there all day trying the different foods. Absolutely amazing!

I wish them lots of success and promised my wife to come back here, probably in the winter.

I am back on Tripadvisor after a long break of "standard" business trips... I wanted to take the opportunity as it is, this time, really worth it.
We are spending holidays in this region for many years in winter and summer. We do not like surprises for our holidays and are loyal... After a "generation" change and the unfriendly new generation we decided to try another hotel this year. We thought about this hotel for a long time and booked in the Jerzner Hof this summer.
This was the best decision we made for a long time.
The hotel is very nice, rooms are comfortable, service is perfect, personal and owners are very friendly. The atmosphere was perfect for us and exactly what we are looking for. Moreover, the hotel proposes a lot of activities, sport, fitness, wellness, massage, pool indoor and outdoor etc...

We just returned from this trip and my wife did not want to come home. The scenery is absolutely stunning; you could look out any window and see snow capped Alps, even in late June. This Hotel has been in the same family for over 50 years and the owner and his wife live directly across the street and are very much involved in making sure that everything is perfect. The spa facilities are extensive. There are lavish breakfasts and dinners (thankfully, we hiked it off) and the chef and his staff are topnotch. Americans apparently haven't found this beautiful corner of Austria yet; all of the other guests were Swiss, Germans or Austrians. We were very fortunate to have German friends who recommended it us.

Managed by same family for 50 years, wonderful service, very friendly and helpful staff, Almrose junior suite accommodation brilliant in terms of location, views and amenities, food up to Michelin standard, and one of the best Wellness establishments in Austria. And always so clean.
Good location for access to cable cars/buses to hiking locations and glacier.

Our first visit was in March 2013. Since then, we visit the hotel at least once a year. Great place to relax, the food is excellent, rooms and amenities great. The highlight is the friendliness and service of the staff that make you feel welcome at all times. Good place for skiing or hiking.

This is our second stay at the hotel. Great food, very friendly service, and lots to do for everyone. Great spa, fun games room, excellent bar area if that's of interest. Nice rooms that are well set up for family. All round great place to come with a family, and return as we have.
