Eingang vom Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes. Keine Beschreibung dafür. Kein Personal trotz 24 Stunden Rezeption.
Mussten eine Stunde lang den Eingang suchen...
Dusche Ablauf verstopft.
4 Bett Zimmer gebucht, Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und Schlafcochen bekommen...

Disappointing behaviour
Cons:

The hotel sent us a message the previous night before our arrival telling us that there was a heating problem and that they had to close the property for three days to repair it..We only saw the message the morning on our way to the city.When we arrived the manager-owner? told us the same and advised us to cancel the reservation and he would refund us for free..He didn’t even apologised nor he asked us where we would stay..The last minute we had to look for another hotel and we spent half of our day to find another decent accommodation..The same night we passed again outside of the hotel and we saw lights in many rooms and in booking app there was availability.,,Booking charged us the insurance (9.70euro for the cancellation despite it was not our responsibility 🤨😡
