住宿旁邊就是共有停車場，房間整體還算ok , 房間陽台可看到山景和知本橋， 床的高度偏低，浴室裡有浴缸， 適合有攜帶小朋友的家庭

床舖上有小黑螞蟻，牆壁旁有小蟑螂，廁所泡湯 浴缸的水都流很久也都沒有增加，好像浴缸下面有破洞，因一邊放水一邊聽到流水的聲音。

高野大飯店(GOYA HOTEL) 予約したホテルはフーヤホテルです。写真と同じでしたので予約をフロントに伝えると「ここではない」と言われました。忙しい時間帯でしたので相手にされませんでした。気の毒に思ったのか英語のできる女性　スタッフがたいおうしてくれまでぃた。日本で言う又貸しホテルでしたサイトに予約サイトを出しているたのひとがおりてきて部屋に案内してくれ、宿泊できました。
地元では大きホテルで有名なようですがこのようなカラクリでは、事故時の補償や安全性に疑問です。

Pros:

沒有服務人員可以隨時找的到，因為沒有服務櫃台。溫泉水溫度低，水量少，需花費比較多時間放水。整體感覺，普普通通。不推。

奇怪的接待方式！
來電確認後.在我懷疑詢問下才說是.分開經營！
1.沒櫃檯人員服務.2.是在門口路邊接待.拿鑰匙.
指示進房
要禁煙房卻有煙味.水壓很差.溫泉水不熱...無言啦
房內整體感覺說是我經驗中最差的⋯⋯⋯

安さを優先にするのであれば一番ですが、お風呂のシンク周りなど古さを感じました。又、個人で部屋購入しているため、受付の方にオーナーの電話にかけてもらうよう依頼した方が良いかと思います。

住宿的地方靠近知本溫泉，接待的大哥人很親切，跟高野大飯店是同一棟大樓，停車便利，走路可以到知本街上，買東西吃很方便，有窗戶可以看見外面的山景，房間出來就有溫泉水，整體上我覺得以這個價錢來說很不錯

This was the first time I used Hotels.com to book a stay. The rooms were nice, however, the hotel was a little sketchy. The name of the hotel wasn't even the hotel we stayed at. It was under another name and we needed to call the contact person to bring us to "their" part of the hotel. Which was a little odd. But overall the price and stay was quite nice, we enjoyed it, even though the room we asked for was not the correct one. I recommend this hotel to local residents because of its price compared to the hotels near the location. [=
