The staff was really friendly the even make up a breakfasts in advance as we had a very early pick up for an excursion. the hotel is very clean and the scenery of the area is Amazing
Bathroom shower / tub was difficult to get in and out, the water didn’t drain properly and was very slippery

The bed linen had not been changed completely (matress sheet and pillow cases had not been changed). We asked for clean lunes and it was provided.

Room is clean, well maintained, modern and tastefully decorated. It even has a small safe in it. Breakfast (a la carte) next door is delicious and service is efficient. Staff is very polite.

Wifi con muchas fallas. Pueden tambien dejar al lado de las cositas que dejan en la habitación como papitas, y agua, una lista con los precios. El recepcionsita que nos recibió era algo nuevo , así que se equivocó al decirnos que el check-out era a las 12:30, cuando en realidad era a las 12:00. Sin embargo ir a golpearnos a la habitación a las 12:15, faltando solo 15 minutos ya irnos, a decirnos que ya debiamos hacer el check-out por su error, me parece un poco innecesario, y si dió una sensacion un poco incómoda. Sin embargo, de resto la estadía fue buena.
