Hotel perfecto en el poblado
Pros:

La ubicación. La comodidad y amplitud de la habitación, con su balcón.

Cons:

Por ponerle una pega, solo ponen dos toallas grandes y una muy pequeña que parecía más una bayeta de micro fibra que una toallas.

Atendentes gentis, mas péssima acústica e quarto barulhento
Pros:

O café da manhã era bom e o pessoal que atendia era bem cordial, quarto era num tamanho bom.

Cons:

Muito barulhento o quarto, acustica pessima, dado que as janelas eram viradas para o corredor, eu conseguia ouvir tudo que acontecia na recepção a noite toda, muito dificil dormir tranquilamento, além disso o bairro apesar de ser bom durante o dia, a noite é um are bem dificil de andar sozinha, muito escura e vazia, não recomendo.

Bastante nuevo, fiel a las fotos, cómodo, personal muy servicial y amable, buenos desayunos ( hay varias opciones de las que escoger )

Buena ubicación y atención, pero demasiado ruidoso e incómodo para descansar
Pros:

La ubicación y el trato del personal.

Cons:

Alojamiento ruidoso, se escucha todo. La puerta corredera del baño no es nada práctica porque mete mucho ruido al desplazar.
Por otro lado, aunque tiene aire acondicionado, el cubre colchón da un calor insoportable y acabas empapando las sábanas.

A perfect stay with the kindest staff in a great location! I will definitely be back!
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout my entire stay. As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Whenever I needed help or had a question, they were always there for me. The location is also perfect, which made exploring Medellín very easy. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back!

Honestly, nothing. I had a wonderful experience and have no complaints

Comfortable, clean and well located
Pros:

Staff is helpful and nice. Hotel is in good conditioms and cleaning. Location is pretty good in Astorga.

Cons:

Room had tiny windows looking to an inner court. There was occasional noise at night from neighbors.
Bathroom has a huge tub (no independent shower) which is slippery and dangerous to get into.
In general, comfortable and clean; but price is high for what you get.

Pros:

L’hotel è in una posizione fantastica e sicura. Avevamo la camera con la vasca idromassaggio e quindi anche il bagno era grande. Le colazioni sono davvero buonissime e abbondanti. Lo staff gentilissimo.

Cons:

la camera era leggermente umida, l’avevano dotata di un deumidificatore che era sempre attivo. Ma non è stato un grosso problema.

Very good and recommended accomodation
Pros:

Nice accomodation with comfortable rooms and clean Spaces. We really enjoyed the included breakfast, that was very tasty, and the friendliness of the people at the reception.
