Sinal de Wi-Fi instável dentro do quarto, isolamento acústico insuficiente, sendo possível ouvir facilmente os ruídos provenientes das áreas externas do hotel durante a noite, e colchão pouco confortável.

Pros:

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, fresh, and modern, and the atmosphere was calm and quiet.

The shower was great, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff and super breakfast
Pros:

For us it was the lovely , friendly staff that made all the difference for us .
We did love the amazing breakfast too

Cons:

Absolutely nothing ! Loved everything about this hotel frôm the staff to the location of the hotel surrounded by great restaurants and felt very safe at all times and super handy for the Poblado metro station
