Hyde Suites Midtown Miami

Very beautiful hotel in a central location. Came to Miami to celebrate a birthday and could not have asked for a better place to stay. After comparing AirBnB options we decided to stay at Hyde Midtown instead since for the same price as the AirBnB options the hotel offered a higher quality room. The location was our favorite part since we were able to visit every part of Miami with a quick couple minutes drive. There is also everything you can need walking distance with all the surrounding stores and nightlife. Staff was very friendly and helpful the entire weekend. The room itself was clean, spacious, and offered a nice view of the open park outside. There was also a very large gym within the hotel that was bigger than most we've seen at other hotels with good array of equipment along with a nice rooftop pool. Overall, we will definitely be coming back any time we visit Miami.

The ADA platinum suite has been the perfect match for my 6 month experience as a wheelchair user the whole Hyde midtown hotel team has been great with me !!! A special thanks to Rob, Renata, ismael, claire, Kimberly, Billy, Samantha, Henry. All of them has always been available and accommodating. I will be missing them very much. Indeed, I have a very special feeling for them. I feel like I am part of The Hyde midtown hotel family forever after spending so long with all of them. I like them very much and I miss all of them very much.

I am pasting my Hotels.com review here as well. THERE WERE BEDBUGS!! We were bit!! It was so dirty!!
Even though we put on the "Tidy Up My Room" sign noone came in to clean up the room. The hallways had left over trash on them for days. When we told the front desk about these, especially the bed bugs - they told us they would investigate and get back to us. For 3 days now no one reached out. Horrible stay, horrible hotel.

Update: It has now been 5 days, and we still haven’t heard back.

Best service, friendly people and staff

Location is great and service good. However, I was looking forward to using the jacuzzi and it was jacuzzi closed for multiple days of my stay.

Excellent, place to stay, great rooms, very responsive and attentive front desk. Claire was great.

Only thing to consider is being more clear about the term "Kitchette" there is only a microwave.

Great restaurant options

Had an amazing stay. Hotel is well located mid town.
Amenities are great and love the pool and fitness.
The best of all is Claire at the front desk. She was able to recommend a great restaurant and a nice bar.

Had a very nice stay. The front desk and valet staff were lovely and I received a complimentary upgrade to suite without asking which was so surprising and appreciated. My room overlooked a large green with lots of cute doggies having fun out with their people and a beautiful sunset view. Lots of shops in walking distance. Modern and clean room. Such an interesting area full of history and insane graffiti art.

There was no “breakfast included” as was advertised on hotels.com and no room service or spa as advertised. I would recommend checking the hotel site or contacting the hotel directly before booking and do not rely on amenities listed on hotels.com. The suite had a kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave but sadly no dishes, cutlery or paper towels. Minibar was not fully stocked. The restaurant upstairs was average at best. All in all I have no complaints but would probably not visit again only due to the lack of amenities I desired. No regrets!

Good hotel and very nice stuff

Bed was very comfortable but the not all the outlets were sturdy.

My overall experience went well. It was a nice, clean hotel. The only thing I did not like was that the hotel did not offer room service, so it forced me to have to go out to eat all the time. There was spots within walking distance from the hotel that I could eat at, but it would've been better if I didn't have to leave the hotel at all.

Impeccable property. Amenities are five-star, location is exceptional, and the property feels upscale without being absurdly priced. I travel to Miami for work several times a month - this time I brought my wife and kids to enjoy the pool during my long work days. Perfect spot.
