Locatie is prachtig, organisatie kan beter
Pros:

De locatie midden in het reuzengebergte is fantastisch. Parkeerplaats er bij. We hadden half pension: eten was eenvoudig maar smakelijk. Op onze kamer was de wc stuk en we kregen na het eten een andere grotere kamer. Goed en snel geregeld.

Cons:

Het terrein en het hotel zijn rommelig. De familie en de hond lopen door het hotelgebeuren heen. De receptie staat vol met rommel, lege glazen etc. Wasgoed in de hal. Fietsjes op het pad. Het kan zijn dat je erg van dat informele houdt of dat dit door het naseizoen komt.. We hadden de indruk dat het echtpaar nog niet zoveel ervaring heeft en net begonnen is.. Dus misschien gaat dat in de toekomst beter.

Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, especially as travelers with a dog. The hotel is located in scenic surroundings, with easy access to beautiful hiking trails in the nearby mountains – perfect for active guests and dog owners. The large, well-maintained garden surrounding the hotel was both practical and enjoyable for dog walks and relaxing outdoors. It really added to our experience having such great outdoor space right outside the door.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we felt genuinely welcome. After a long day outdoors, it was wonderful to use the sauna, which was clean, warm, and relaxing – a real treat we truly appreciated.
We had half board included in our stay, which turned out to be a great choice. After a long day of hiking in the mountains, it was perfect to come back to a warm, homemade dinner without having to leave the hotel. The food was delicious and had a personal, home-cooked touch that made each meal feel special.

Cons:

As for the room, unfortunately, it was a bit too small to be comfortable for two people with a dog. Space was quite tight, especially with luggage and pet gear. The room was otherwise clean and tidy, but could have been larger.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist traumhaft gelegen und strahlt eine herrliche Ruhe aus.es ist ein kleines schönes familiengeführtes Hotel und das Betreiber-Paar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis konnten wir die Fass-Sauna nutzen, was ein sehr erholsames Erlebnis war. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, das Abendessen sehr schmackhafte tschechische Küche, modern interpretiert. Für ein paar erholsame Tage in schöner Umgebung ist man hier genau richtig.

Gern wieder, schöner Urlaub
Pros:

Tolle Gastgeber, Zimmer gepflegt und sauber. Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren immer wieder sehr gern und lassen uns verwöhnen. Das Essen ist sehr gut und es wird auf Wünsche eingegangen.

Cons:

Man muss es mögen zu Besuch zu kommen, die Familie lebt dort mit Kindern Hund und allem drum und dran. Da bleibt auch gern mal etwas auf dem Tresen liegen. Das soll keine Kritik sein, wir mögen das, anderen kann es stören.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Familienhotel in absolut ruhiger Lage. Mehrere Skigebiete befinden sich in näherer Umgebung. Hier kann man gut entspannen. Die kleine Sauna mit Naturteich ist mega schön. Abendessen als 3-Gänge-Menü, wobei man zwischen 3 Hauptspeisen wählen kann. Ein fantastischer Koch.

Wunderschönes Familienhotel mit toller Aussicht und netten Personal
Pros:

Dieses kleine Hotel bietet alles was man braucht.Eine Top Lage in der Nähe von Spindlermühle. Sehr ruhig gelegen.
Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und man hatte vom Hotel aus einen wundeschönen Ausblick.
Das Frühstück und Abendbrot war hervorragend. Ein ganz toller Koch. Von der Vorsuppe bis zur Nachspeise war alles sehr lecker.
Die Hotelbesitzer waren sehr freundlich. Auf jeden Fall sollte man die Sauna am Hotel benutzen, da man in der Sauna einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge hat.
Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dort buchen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Einige Bäder in manchen Zimmern waren schon saniert. Leider hatten wir noch ein Bad was ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen war, aber über diese kleine Sache kann man drüber hinwegschauen, da alles andere Spitze war.
