Lokalizacja. Moja żona w wannie. Mile panie z obsługi na śniadaniu. Dwie łazienki w pokoju. Śniadanie - dużo rzeczy na słodko ale tu się tak je. Widok z tarasu. Wino na prezent przy wymeldowaniu. Kot na tarasie. Pokój większy niż ten który miał być, ale bez jakiegokolwiek widoku.

Cons:

Dostaliśmy inny pokój niż w ofercie bookingu z widokiem z 3 różnych okien na ściany, lub okna. Przy rezerwacji pokoju zdjęcia z okien są z widokiem. Sam pokój też był inny niż ten na zdjęciach. Głównie dlatego niższa ocena. W jednej łazience był grzyb na słuchawce prysznicowej.

Struttura ristrutturate di recente,personale molto accogliente e gentile.La nostra camera era piccola,essenziale,ma comoda.Non ho trovato il kit cortesia in bagno, ma in compenso c'era un frigo bar fornito, a prezzi onestissimi ed una macchina del caffè in cialde,con diverse cialde in omaggio.
Al check out, ci hanno regalato un bottiglia di vino.La colazione non molto ricca ma ottima,e ,considerato il prezzo della camera più colazione,pagato, direi che vale assolutamente di ritornarci.
Abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante collegato ,prezzi nella media ed ottima cucina.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto ,la nostra stanza era all'ultimo piano e c'erano diverse piccole rampe di scale per raggiungerla,Basta chiedere una stanza al piano terra.

ILLUSION
Pros:

Molto bella la posizione della struttura, che facilitava gli spostamenti in diverse zone.
Possibilità di parcheggio libero.

Cons:

Nota dolente, purtroppo,riguarda la mancanza di pulizia.
Intanto,senza essere avvisati, ci è stata assegnata una stanza con sanitari per disabili,situata vicino alla zona check-in, dove,fin dalle prime ore del mattino,sia personale di servizio che ospiti, chiacchieravano ad alta voce creando disturbo.
La stanza, inoltre,era provvista di una finestra situata a pochi centimetri di altezza da una strada retrostante(la camera si trova sotto il livello stradale). Questo non permetteva un corretto ricambio di aria in quanto non si poteva tenere la finestra aperta.
Durante i quattro giorni di permanenza nessuno ha effettuato le pulizie della camera, né sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani.Si sono limitati solamente a rifare il letto (tra l'altro in modo molto "infantile") senza cambiare le lenzuola.
Pezzi piccoli di carta sono rimasti sul pavimento,nella stessa posizione, per tutti e quattro i giorni.(Segno che nessuno ha mai pulito per terra).
Sulla porta del bagno è rimasto per quattro giorni il "cadavere" schiacciato di una zanzara (con tanto di sangue secco) che qualcuno deve aver ucciso nei giorni precedenti ai nostri.Altro segnale di mancanza di igiene.
Sanitari e rubinetteria ricoperti di patina bianca dovuta al calcare... basterebbe usare qualche prodotto idoneo almeno!

Struttura bella , accogliente e comoda da raggiungere in macchina , immerso nell'appennino toscano . Colazione ottima .

Cons:

Purtroppo il bagno è stato un punto critico , assente il bidet e alcuni punti era poco curato, assenza di mensole per appoggiarsi , il doccino era da sostituire .
Il parcheggio poi era fuori dall struttura in un supermercato adiacente .

bonne étape sur la route de SAn Gimignano

hôtel situé en centre ville sur la route de SAn Gimignano.
Petite chambre
petit déjeuner correct sur la terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes

Cons:

pas de place au parking de l'hôtel même si des places pas très loin.
Attention, le restaurant ne prend plus de clients à partir de 21H30 (c'est indiqué 22H sur leur site) ...impossible donc d'y être pour 21H30 avec un vol qui arrive à Pise à 20H

Nessuno in reception al mio arrivo. Ho atteso 25 minuti, chiamato il numero fisso e provato a contattare il numero di cellulare fornito al momento della prenotazione. Senza risultato. La camera che avevo prenotato non è quella che mi è stata data. Il personale si è scusato per carità ma resta cmq il fatto che l'esperienza non è stata positiva. In bagno poi il mobiletto chiudeva male e l'asse era staccato da un lato. Appena ci si sedeva si finiva con il sedere sulla ceramica perché l'asse slittava via. Una cosa allucinante.

Gelungener Zwischenstop in der Toskana
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und umsorgt. Das Hotel hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet, was für einen Zwischenstopp aber vollkommen ausreichend war. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Bett war top. Auch das Abendessen und das Frühstück war jeweils sehr gut mit einem guten Glas Wein die Aussicht von der Terrasse genießen...was braucht man mehr😊
