Very friendly and helpful staff, virtually had the hotel to ourselves - a very pleasant stay

If you care about your personal hygiene, I strongly advise you to avoid this place as much as possible ,it does not live

The location was quiet, and once they changed the sheets the bed became comfortable enough to sleep in.

Cons:

The cleanliness was shockingly poor for a property advertised as 4 stars. When I first arrived, the sheets were full of hair and dirt, the curtains had visible stains, and the floor was so dirty that my socks turned black just from walking inside. Even after requesting new sheets, the overall room hygiene was still unacceptable. On top of that, the electricity kept cutting off and returning, which made the stay even more frustrating.

Very poor and expensive
Pros:

Balcony door would not lock due to lock falling out! Expensive food and manual addition for billing. Poor pool hours. No lifts. Security staff asleep. One roll of toilet paper and no reserves. This is a cheap 1980s Spanish hotel at best. I will never return.
