Price value is excellent.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Except some days no vegetarian options. Liked that walk to ocean did not have to cross a major street. Getting to stores and restaurants was easy.
Staff helped me with luggage. Coffee always available.

Cons:

Area noisy because party buses go up and down the major street. I think noise stops at midnight but not sure as I am a heavy sleeper.
