La ubicacion y que el hotel es una casa histórica restaurada. Una reliquia arquitectonica entre rascacielos.

Cons:

Que no limpiaran la habitacion el fin de semana, sin hacerlo constar al realizar la reserva.

Ótimo custo-benefício!
Pros:

Viajei sozinha para POA em janeiro, e a localização do hotel é ótima para quem gosta de andar a pé. Fica pertinho do mercado público de porto alegre e de vários outros pontos da cidade. Para pegar uber também é super fácil e tranquilo. Café da manhã simples porém delicioso.
E apesar do hotel ser bem antigo, ele está em ótima situação e é lindo por dentro!
A cama do meu quarto era bem confortável também.

Cons:

Se você se hospedar no segundo andar, são vários lances de escada para subir com a mala. Mas este é o único ponto “negativo “
