O ambiente é muito bonito. Os funcionários são muito educados, o café da manhã é ótimo.

Cons:

Acredito que poderia melhorar a limpeza, no quarto o cobertor estava manchado e os lençóis bem velhos. E poderia melhorar a iluminação, pois as escadas e o ambiente da lareira são muito lindos.

Excelente localização em casarão antigo no centro de Porto Alegre

Hotel super bem localizado no centro de Porto Alegre, com equipe muito atenciosa. Sempre tinha alguém na recepção para nos receber ou tirar dúvidas.

Cons:

Infelizmente no quarto que ficamos não havia janela e ao amanhecer entrava luz no quarto através da porta. Recomendo levar máscara pra dormir. E o café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar...

Hotel com estilo mais antigo e com excelente localização, eu ameii. Cama muito confortável e o ar condicionado funcionando direitinho.

Cons:

O banho estava excelente, mas tinha uma goteira fria no meio do jato quente. O café também poderia ter mais opções, mas no geral estava bem bom.
